The ERS Free Search includes names index searches for Civil and Wills/Orphans cases. This search will only return the following case specific components:
- Case Number
- Party Name
- Party Type & Number
- Case Filing Date
- Case Title
- Case Status Code
- Case Type Code
ERS has a FREE and a SUBSCRIPTION look-up. All online activity is monitored for excessive use. ERS Subscription Service Information (gives link on website)
Make requests IN WRITING and give as much information as possible. Limited or no access to Domestic Court cases (unless you were a party in the case).
