1777 in 1780 he wa Captain of the 4th 2nd Battalion. Information was from my grandmother

his wife, Sarah, was born abt 1787. Their son Moses was born April 4th, 1817. They had at
least one daughter, Sarah born abt 1818. In abt 1829 John moved his family to Richland
County Ohio. There is a John Stover listed in the 1820 census for Bucks County. The John
Stover in that census had 1 male child under 10, a male 26-45, 2 females under the age of
10 and a female 26-45. As this is the only John Stover I could find in the 1820 census
whose family profile resembled what I know about my ggg-grandfather, I believe he may be
