Mr. and Mrs. L.A. GAMONDE of East Lincoln avenue announce the marriage of their son John Louis [GAMONDE] to Letitia TACCHINO of Primrose, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip PREVOST, on August 15, 1934, in Wheeling, W.Va.
At the same time Joseph CROCKER, son of Mr. and Mrs. CROCKER of McDonald, and Helen AUGUSTINE, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. AUGUSTINE of McDonald, were united in marriage.

CROTHERS ? SPENCER
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hendal of Southview announce the marriage of their granddaughter, Miss Bertha Spencer, to William Donald
CROTHERS, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. W. D. CROTHER [sic] of Laurel hill, McDonald.
The couple were united in marriage at two o?clock Thursday afternoon, June 10, 1943, in the Venice Presbyterian church by the pastor, the Rev. C. T.
LITTELL, D.D.
The bride, given in marriage by her grandfather, wore a white brocaded satin gown with white accessories and a tiara of orange blossoms trimmed with pearls. She carried a bouquet of lilies and white carnations. Her only attendant was her sister, Miss Marie SPENCER, who wore a light blue gown trimmed with rosebuds. She wore white accessories and a tiara of pink roses with a short veil. Her bouquet was of pink carnations.
Joseph GOFFART of McDonald served as bestman.
Following the ceremony, a reception and dinner for the immediate families was held in the home of the bride?s grandparents. Mrs.
HENDAL was assisted in serving by her daughter, Mrs. John SPENCER, and by Mrs. Harry
FEHL of Primrose.
Mr. and Mrs. CROTHERS came immediately to their newly furnished home in Valley street, McDonald. Mr.
CROTHERS is employed at the Universal Steel mill, Bridgeville.
