JAMES M. KING
JAMES M. "JIMMY" KING died
Tuesday, June 17, 2003. He was 77.
He was the beloved and devoted
husband for 56 years of RUTH W. (JONES) KING.
Mr. King was born in Scranton.
He was a proud veteran of World
War II, having served with the 101st Airborne
Division's Screaming Eagles.
He was a former chief clerk of the
Philadelphia Traffic Court.
Jimmy was a gentle giant among men
and will be deeply missed by those who were fortunate
to have loved and been loved by him.
Mr. King was the loving father of
SUZANNE W. KEISER and her husband, RICHARD F., of
Doylestown, and MICHELLE B. MYERS and her husband,
RICHARD P. MYERS SR., of Warminster; the doting
grandfather of RICHARD J. KEISER and his wife,
JENNIFER, CHRISTOPHER B. KEISER, MEGHAN B. MYERS,
RICHARD P. MYERS JR. and the late JAMES C. "JAMIE"
KEISER, and the great-grandfather of CHASE and CONNOR
KEISER. Also surviving are his two brothers and his
nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Relatives and friends are invited
to his viewing and funeral beginning at 9 a.m. on
Monday at Burns Funeral Home, 9708, Frankford Ave. at
Filler Street, Philadelphia. A service of Christian
burial will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in
Whitemarsh Memorial Park.

in his memory to the American Diabetes Association, 1
Plymouth Meeting, Suite 520, Plymouth Meeting, PA
19462, would be appreciated.
