  • Lived in Durham about 1845 to 1855 or 60. They came from Ireland with children John and Mary {at least} and then had Daniel, Phillip, Michael {or Martin}, Bridget and Susan, and perhaps three more that could have died as infants. They moved to Phillipsburg, N.J. around 1860.

Patrick Caton/Keaton/Keating from abt 1845-1860.  Went to Phillipsburg about then.  Had 10 children by Bridget Brady. Believed he worked the canal boats and was in Durham Twp.  Several chidren died young so would like to find records on them.

CLEMENS, Annie Heckler ----- Father Abraham Clemens, mother, Susan Heckler was born on 1 14, 1863. Married Mahlon Souder/Sauter Long on 5 13, 1882 at Ridge Valley Lutheran Church in Sellersville. Looking for Heckler and Clemens mainly, I have found no info on this part of family. Have lots on Long. Would like to share with whoever might need it.

COOPER, Jonathan ----------- Searching for the parents of Jonathan Cooper who married second Rachel Wasley, 5 July 1786, in Upper Makefield township, Bucks County, Pa., by John Chapman J. P. I have the administration papers (file # 2713) for an older Jonathan who died in Upper Makefield in 1797 which names wife and children and believe he is possibly the father of the Jonathan who married Rachel but have no proof this is the correct line. Rachel was a daughter of Francis and Pheobe Bunting Wasley and have much information to share on this line. Is anyone checking on the various Cooper families in Buck County?

It is known that several Coursey/Corsey families migrated to Bucks County from the Millsboro area of Delaware, and perhaps from Kent County, DE as well.
