Welcome to The USGenWeb Project! We are a group of volunteers working together to provide free genealogy websites for genealogical research in every county and every state of the United States. This Project is non-commercial and fully committed to free genealogy access for everyone.
Bucks County is one of the three original counties along with Philadelphia and Chester. Bordered by the Delaware River and New Jersey on the East, many small towns emerged. Families traveled back and forth between Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It was common for families to marry, attend church and be buried in New Jersey, so don't hesitate to expand your search to New Jersey.
