ALLEN ---Henry ALLEN, b 1843 in PA, who had a son Henry ALLEN Jr. in 1868 by Emeline HILL.  He later married Annie Margaret LEACH/LEECH of Carversville.  Henry ALLEN Sr. had a sister, Susan ALLEN (b 1838), who married ca 1861 Michael HOLDSWORTH.  They had a large family in Philadelphia, where they lived.  Henry ALLEN Jr. had sons Russell, William and Lloyd by Margaret SHORT/VAN NORMAN, all born ca 1890s at Point Pleasant and New Hope, Bucks County
