PHILLIPS, Valentine ---------------------------- was in Bucks County, Rockhill township., very early.  I found him in the Book  Naturalizations of Foreign Protestants by Giuseppi, as taking the Sacramnet April 5, 1765 and his will was probated in August 1770. died Rockhill Township, Sept 1770.Had wife Maria Susanna, children:  Anna Maria md.
