WERT - COWDEN
Mr. and Mrs. J. Ard COWDEN of R.D. 4, McDonald, announce the marriage of their daughter, Grace to Edward WERT of Worland, Wyo. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. R.L. STEVENSON, pastor of the Mt. Pleasant United Presbyterian church, Hickory, on Monday, December 28, 1942, in the COWDEN home.
The bride, a graduate of the Mt. Pleasant township high school and Pennsylvania State college, has been home economics teacher in the Hatfield Consolidated schools, Hatfield, Montgomery county.
Mr. WERT, a graduate of the University of Wyoming, is an engineering draftsman at the American Bridge Co., Ambridge.
The couple will make their home at Baden, Beaver county.
