Mr. and Mrs. Arthur LEIMER of R. D. 2, New Brighton, announce the marriage of the daughter Mildred to Richard L. WEIGEL, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. L. WEIGEL, also of R. D. 2, New Brighton. The marriage took place at a double ring ceremony at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, 1947, in the Presbyterian manse, Winchester, Va. The Rev Joseph S. DUCKWALL officiated. Mrs. David L. BARKHURST, cousin of Mr. WEIGEL, was matron of honor and Mr. BARKHURST served as bestman.

The marriage is to take place September 25 [1937] in Washington, Pa., the ceremony to be performed by the Rev. John H. DEBOLT, a former pastor of the McDonald M. E. church. The YATES family resided in McDonald a number of years ago.

At 10:40 o'clock Tuesday morning, June 19, 1923 the marriage of Miss Norma E. SIMPSON, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. G. SIMPSON of Hastings avenue, Oakdale and Mr. Leroy M. WEIR, son of Rev. and Mrs. W. L. WEIR of Evanston, Ill., was solemnized in the home of the bride. The father of the groom officiated and was assisted by the Rev. W. R. McMUNN of Oakdale. after the ceremony a weeding breakfast was served and Mr. and Mrs. WEIR left for a motor trip in the east. After July 1st they will be at their home in Evanston, Illinois. Mrs. WEIR graduated from the Oakdale high school and Wooster college. Mr. WEIR was also a gradute [sic] of Wooster college, being a member of last year's cass [sic].

RUSSELL of Ironton, Ohio occurred the marriage of Miss Mabel Vance RUSSELL and Mr. Raymond Marshall WEIR. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. WEIR of McDonald. Rev. E. B. TOWSAND, pastor of the First Presbyterian church of Ironton, officiated. Both of the young people are well known to McDonald people. Mr. and Mrs. WEIR will be at home in Fourth street, McDonald after November 15 [1922].

Miss Kathryn McGINN of Sturgeon and Charles WEIS of Elizabeth were united in marriage Tuesday morning, June 9, in St. Patrick's Church, Noblestown, by the Rev. Father COX. The bride's gown was of white charmeuse, and the bridesmaid, Miss Mary ELLIS of Elizabeth, wore a gown of white crepe meteor. The best man was Owen McGINN of Sturgeon. A reception was given in the bride's home, after which the bride and groom left for a wedding trip. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. G. WEIS, Mr. and Mrs. J. EWING, Mr. and Mrs. William PARSON, Mr. and Mrs. William ELLIS and John WEIS of Elizabeth, Hugh DOUGLASS and Miss Sarah DUVAL of Curtisville, Miss Mary McGINN and Mr. QUIRING of Pittsburgh, Roy HALL of Castle Shannon, Mrs. Rose CAIRUS of McKees Rocks, Misses Lyda OLIVER, Agnes BRUCE, Giulia CUNNINGHAM, Mr. and Mrs. J.
