On Wednesday, September 9, 1914, Miss Margaret Johnson [Johnston ?], daughter of Mrs. Frank Johnson, and William J. WARD of Washington [Pa] were united in marriage by the Rev. J. P. JORDAN at the bride's home in Laurel Hill [Pa].  The young couple left on the 5:09 train for Atlantic City and other Eastern points. They will be at home in Washington [Pa] after October first.

A very pretty quiet home wedding took place Wednesday evening, October 18 when Miss Dorothy Davidson CRAIG, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel B. CRAIG of Noblestown and Raymond G. WASHABAUGH, son of the late George and Nenie Irene WASHABAUGH of Oakdale, were united in marriage in the home of the bride by Rev. H. G. HOWELL of East end, Pittsburgh, assisted by Rev. WE. D. Lewis of Oakdale Presbyterian church. The bride wore a traveling suite of dark blue with a corsage of pink rose buds. The house was artistic in the decoration of autumn leaves. A wedding dinner was served, the table decorations being pink and white carnations and ferns. Miss Dorothy [CRAIG], who is very popular in social circles, has been employed as field worker in the Civilian Relief Department of the Pittsburgh Chapter of American Red Cross. Raymond [WASHABAUGH], an ex-soldier, is employed in the clerical department of the Pennsylvania R. R.  Mr. and Mrs.  WASHABAUGH left on the 9 o?clock train for the Great Lakes and Canada. They will reside at 803 Franklin avenue, Wilkinsburg. The guest list from out-of-town included: Rev. and Mrs. H. G. HOWELL, East end, Pittsburgh; Rev and Mrs. W. D. LEWIS, Oakdale; Miss Mary ARMOUR, Sharpsburg, Pa.; Miss Emma WASHABAUGH, Cleveland, Ohio, and R. A. DAVIDSON, Wilkinsburg, Pa. The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. WASHABAUGH extend to them hearty congratulations and best wishes for a life of happiness and pleasure.

CRAIG - WASHABAUGH 
[ WASHABAUGH is the Groom. ]

A quiet home wedding at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. B. CRAIG, on Wednesday evening, October 18, 1922, united in marriage Miss Dorothy Davidson CRAIG and Mr. Raymond G. WASHABAUGH of Oakdale. The ceremony was performed at eight o'clock in the presence of the immediate families, the Rev. H. G. HOWELL of the Lemington Avenue M.E. church, Eastend, Pittsburgh, and the Rev. W.D. LEWIS of the First Presbyterian church of Oakdale officiating. Preceding the ceremony Miss Emma WASHABAUGH, sister of the groom, sang "O Promise Me." The wedding march from Lohengrin was played by Mrs. Grace FEICK, a sister of the bride. The bride wore a traveling suit of dark blue with corsage bouquet of sweetheart roses. The house was tastefully decorated with autumn foliage. A wedding dinner preceded the ceremony, with covers laid for twenty. Shortly after the ceremony the bridal couple left for a Northern trip including Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Cleveland, Ohio. After November first they will be at home at 803 Franklin avenue, Wilkinsburg.   Mr. WASHABAUGH is a veteran of the World war, having served with the old 18th Infantry, N.G.P. Band. His service in France was commendable. Miss CRAIG for the past three years has been a home service worker with the Pittsburgh chapter of the American Red Cross. Her work was chiefly in the Turtle Creek district.
