CLUB GIVES MISCELLANEOUS SHOWER
The Winona Book Club, instead of meeting with Mrs. MORRISON as before announced, met a the home of Mrs. Elmer BOCK. The members of the society gave a miscellaneous shower for Miss Elizabeth MORROW, who is to be married at an early date to Mr. Warren WALLACE of Oakdale. Miss MORROW received many valuable and useful presents. Mrs. Glenn Wendell HOLLY, nee Miss Jennie WELSH, a bride of May nineteenth and a member of the club, was present. A very elaborate lunch was served by Mrs. BOCK, who was assisted by Mrs. R. A. MAWHINNEY and the Misses Emelia and Ruby BOCK.
