Miss Hilda Catherine SCHELL, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank SCHELL of Bradford, and Mr. Howard Lawrence THOMAS, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph THOMAS, of Munhall, Pa., were united in marriage Thursday afternoon, September 26, at 3 o'clock. The ceremony was performed in the bride's home by the Rev. Paul MILLER, pastor of the First Presbyterian church of Bradford. There were no attendants. Mrs. THOMAS was graduated from the McDonald High school with the class of 1927. Mr. and Mrs. THOMAS will make their home at 1709 Martha street, Munhall upon their return from a motor trip in the East. Mr. THOMAS is shop foreman of the Wagner Electric Corporation of Pittsburgh.

THOMASSY - ALLAN
Miss Marian CALDERWOOD ALLAN, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew ALLAN of 103 West O'Hara street, McDonald, and Fernand THOMASSY, son of Mrs. Marie THOMASSY of West Lincoln avenue, and the late F.A. THOMASSY, were united in marriage Sunday afternoon, October 25, 1936, in the Vance Memorial Presbyterian church, Wheeling, by the Rev. Mr. CLIFFORD. Mr. and Mrs. Milton WILLIAMS of West Lincoln avenue were the attendants. The bride was attired in a blue suit with black accessories and wore a corsage of roses. Mrs. THOMASSY graduated from the Cecil high school and Geneva college. She taught French and Latin in the McDonald high school for three years. Mr. THOMASSY is a graduate of W. & J. college and attended the Pitt law school. They are at present spending two weeks touring in Canada. On their return they will reside in the Pitt hotel.

THOMASSY - SUMMERS
Miss Minnie Mae SUMMERS, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy DOW SUMMERS of Barrackville, W.Va., and Robert Desire THOMASSY, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. THOMASSY of Barrackville, W.Va., formerly of Noblestown and McDonald, were untied in marriage Saturday, October 24, 1942, in the Ninth Street Christian Church, Hopkinsville, Ky., near which place Mr. THOMASSY is stationed with the headquarters division at Camp Campbell. He has been in the service for three months. The Rev. Monroe G. SCHUSTER performed the ceremony. The bride wore a blue velvet frock with wine accessories. Her flowers were sweetheart roses. The bridegroom's mother, who accompanied her
to Hopkinsville, on October 23, wore a black crepe dress with black and white accessories and a corsage of gardenias.
The bride will continue her stenographic work while her husband is in the army.
The bridegroom is a grandson of Mrs. Desire THOMASSY of McDonald.
