Miss Agnes LILLY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George LILLY of Joffre, and Mrs. Stanley TARHALLA of Bulger, were united in marriage at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 1940, in St. Ann's church, Bulger, by the Rev. Fr. J. ROBACZEWSKI. Miss Margaret CHRISTY of Joffre was the bridesmaid and Mr. Tony HOMITZ of Bulger served as bestman. The young couple will reside in Bulger.

Miss Agnes J. CAMPBELL, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex S. CAMPBELL, north of Oakdale and Perry S. TARR, son of Mrs. Amanda TARR of Hollidays Cove, W. Va., were quietly united in marriage on Saturday evening, June 10, 1922 at 6 o'clock at the home of the bride by the Rev. Harry HILDEBRAND, pastor of the Union United Presbyterian church. The bride wore a dark blue canton crepe traveling suit and hat to match and was unattended. Mr. and Mrs. TARR returned June 15th after a very pleasant trip to Washington, D. C. and other points of interest in the East. Their many Oakdale friends congratulate them.

Miss Agnes J. CAMPBELL, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex S. CAMPBELL of north of Oakdale, and Parry S. TARR, son of Mrs. Amanda TARR of Hollidays Cove, W. Va., were married on Saturday evening, June 10, 1922, at six o'clock, at the home of the bride by the Rev. Harry HILDEBRAND, pastor of the Union United Presbyterian church. The bride was gowned in a dark blue canton crepe traveling suit with hat to match and was unattended. Mr. and Mrs. TARR left for Washington, D.C., and other places in the East. They returned to Oakdale on June 15th.

The marriage of Mrs. Zelda ALLINDER LOCKHART, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel A. ALLINDER of Station street, McDonald, to Mr. Russell F. TARR, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. S. P. TARR of Greensburg [Pa], took place at 3:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, February 2, 1932, in the home of the Rev. M. J. BROUGHNER, paster of the Church of the Brethren, Greensburg [Pa].  The ring ceremony was used. The bride was attired in transparent velvet.  Mr. and Mrs. Albert POPE, Greensburg [Pa], were the only attendants.  After the ceremony, a wedding supper was tendered by Mr. and Mrs. POPE in their home, following which the young couple left for a short wedding trip.  Mr. TARR is employed by the West Penn System.  Mr. and Mrs. TARR will make their home in Kittanning [Pa].

Miss Helen Mae REED, daughter of Mrs. George REED, and Edward Arthur TAYLOR, son of Mrs. Albert A. TAYLOR of Midway, were united in marriage at 11 o'clock Saturday morning, May 29, 1937, in the home of the officiating minister, the Rev. Alfred HUBBARD. The bride wore a traveling suit of blue with accessories of navy. She was attended by Mrs. Eugene SPEER of Wilkinsburg, a sister of the bridegroom. Eugene SPEER served as best man. Mr. and Mrs. TAYLOR were educated in the Midway schools. Mr. TAYLOR is also a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, class of 1934. They will reside in Ingram.
