Miss June SCHIEFELBEIN, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William F. SCHIEFELBEIN, Sr., of Coraopolis, and Oscar T. STRADER of Ambridge, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ezra STRADER of Canaan, W.Va., were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 1947, with the Rev. Calvin LOGAN, pastor of the Valley Presbyterian church, Imperial, performing the double-ring ceremony beneath an arbor of red and pink roses on the lawn of the bride's home. 

The bride wore a white gown dotted with tiny white satin bows with a white rosebud halo. Her bouquet was of white lilies, babies'-breath, white carnations, and ferns. 

A reception in the home of the bride's parents followed the ceremony with about two hundred relatives and friends in attendance. 

The bride, a graduate of Findlay high school, attended Duff's-Iron City college, Pittsburgh. The bridegroom, recently discharged from the navy, is employed at Turner's Implement store, Coraopolis Heights. 

Following a wedding trip the young couple will reside in Coraopolis.

Miss Patricia Mary KRAMER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest C. KRAMER of Third street, McDonald, and James Howard STRAIN, Jr., son of Mrs. Anna STRAIN of Primrose, were united in marriage Tuesday, November 23, 1943, by 
the Rev. Fr. Joseph A. BURGOON, pastor of St. Alphonsus' [apostrophe, sic] church, McDonald.

The bride wore a poudre blue suit-dress and a corsage of pink roses. Her attendant was her sister, Miss Margaret Eileen KRAMER, who wore a beige suit-dress, made similar to that of the bride's and a corsage of red roses. Ernest C.
KRAMER, the bride's father, served as bestman.

The young couple spent their honeymoon in Buffalo, N.Y. and Bradford, Pa.

A pretty wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore REDICK in Canonsburg at 6:30 o'clock Saturday evening, June 19, 1926, when Mrs. REDICK's sister, Miss Cleo HOLLAND, daughter of Mrs. Isabelle HOLLAND of Midway, was united in marriage with Samuel STRATTON, son of Mrs. William BAINE of Bulger. The ceremony was perfomer [sic] by the Rev. Earl THOMPSON, pastor of the Bellsville M.E. church. The bride wore a gown of pale blue satin and her flowers were roses and lilies of the valley. Mrs. Theodore REDICK as bridesmaid, appeared in peach colored satin and wore a corsage of Killarney roses. Thedore [sic] REDICK was best man. A dinner followed the ceremony, with covers laid for twelve at the bride's table. After a Western trip Mr. and Mrs. STRATTON will be at home in Midway.
