STIEGEL - BOKULICH

Miss Rose BOKULICH, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jospeh [sic] BOKULICH of Bulger, and Stephen STIEGEL of R. D. 3, Burgettstown, were united in marriage at 9:50 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 1947, in St. Ann's church, Bulger. The Rev. Fr. John ROBACWESKI officiated at the double ring ceremony.

The bride was attired in a gray gabardine suit with white accessories and carried a bouquet of white lilies. As her maid of honor she chose her girl friend, Miss Marie PREBEG of Bulger, who wore a brown gabardine suit with pink accessories and carried a bouquet of pink roses. The bestman was Rudolph SLIK of Cherry Valley. 

A dinner was served at Shady Lane for 50 guests. The table centerpiece was a three-tiered wedding cake topped with a miniature bridal couple. 

Mrs. STIEGEL attended Union high school, Burgettstown, and was employed at the Trunk & Bag Co., Pittsburgh. Mr. STIEGEL is employed by the LUKIN Packing Co. He served three and a half years as a paratrooper in the U. S. army, of which he spent a year and a half in the European theatre. 

The couple left for a week's wedding trip to New York and upon their return will make their home with the bride's parents.

Miss Dorothy BOOTH of Burgettstown, daughter of Mrs. Sallie BELL, and Henry D. STITSEL, son of Mrs. Loretta STITSEL of Midway, were united in marriage at 11:40 o'clock Saturday, November 25, 1939, by the bride's uncle, the Rev. Walter KENNEDY
of Templeton. The ceremony was witnessed by the bride's mother, her sister Edith, the bridegroom's mother, and the bride's aunt, Mrs. Walter KENNEDY.  A dinner was served in the bride's home.

The young couple will reside in McDonald.

STOBBS - DASHOFY


Announcement is made of the marriage of Rose Marie DASHOFY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul DASHOFY, R. D. 4, McDonald, and Eugene STOBBS, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cuthbert STOBBS of Roscoe.

The double ring ceremony was performed Tuesday, November 19, at 1:00 p.m. in the rectory of the St. Pius church, McKeesport, with the Rev. Father Regis HANNAN officiating.

Attendants to the couple were Miss Mary RIOZZIE and Frank PETERS, the later being the cousin of the bridegroom. The bride wore a fuchsia colored suit with gray accessories and a corsage of gardenias. Miss RIOZZIE wore gray with black accessories and a corsage of red roses. 

The bride's mother wore aqua with black accessories and the bridegrooms's mother chose black with black and white accessories, each with a corsage of red roses and white pompons [sic].

AMM3/c STOBBS is in service with the U. S. navy and will report to his base at Pensacola, Fla., December 1.
