STEIN - TORRANCE
Miss Thelma Irene TORRANCE, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. TORRANCE of Sewickley, and Francis G. STEIN, son Mr. and Mrs. Gregor B. STEIN of Imperial, were united in marriage at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 1946, in St. Columbkille church, the Rev. Fr. L. R. KOLAKOWSKI officiating.
Miss Bertha STEIN, sister of the bridegroom, was the bride's only attendant, and Ronald A. TORRANCE, brother of the bride, was
bestman. The bride was attired in a gown of white brocade and a fingertip length veil. Her bouquet was of red roses. The maid of honor wore a gown of blue net with a blue flowered cap. Her bouquet was of talisman roses.
After the wedding, a reception for 45 guests was held in Johnson's
diningroom, Clinton. There were 30 guests seated at the bride's table. After a honeymoon in Atlantic City, the young couple returned to Imperial, where they are making their home with Mr. and Mrs. STEIN.
The bride attended Moon township high school. The bridegroom attended Findlay high school and is now employed as a mechanic.
Pre-nuptial events included a surprise shower held September 11 in the STEIN home in Imperial in honor of the bride. Approximately 20 guests presented the bride with many useful gifts. Lunch was served after an entertainment in charge of Miss Bertha STEIN and Mrs. Josephine

Miss Elva BROWN of McDonald [Pa] and
John M. STEINER of Punxsutawney [Pa] were quietly married July 29 [1912] in
Buffalo, N.Y., at the home of Dr. NEWELL, a United Presbyterian
minister. The bride and groom left for a trip to Niagara Falls and
Canada. On their return trip they will go to housekeeping in Piney
Fork, Ohio, where the groom is employed as the physician for the Jefferson
Coal Company.

Miss Josephine SULANOWSKI, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank SULANOWSKI of Primrose and Mr. John
STEIZERWALD, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph STEIZERWALD of Pittsburgh, were united in marriage at 2:00 o'clock Thursday afternoon, August 18, 1938, in Pittsburgh, by the Rev. Father COX. The bride wore blue celanese with hat and slippers to match. She wore a corsage of gardenias. The bridesmaid, Miss Mary SMITH of
Bulger, wore white with matching accessories and a corsage of roses. Mr. William
SULANOWSKI, brother of the bride, was the bestman. The young couple will reside with the bride's parents.

STEPOLAITIS - DERNOVSEK
Miss Victoria DERNOVSEK, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lukas DERNOVSEK of
Sygan, and Joseph STEPOLAITIS, son of Mrs. Agnes STEPOLAITIS, also of Sygan, were united in marriage Wednesday, June 16, 1937, in St. Barbara's church in Presto, the Rev. Fr. VERHUNEC of McKees Rocks officiating. The bride was attired in white satin with lace accessories. The bridesmaid, Miss Helen

STERN - SROLOVITZ
Miss Molly SROLOVITZ, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel SROLOVITZ of Midway, became the bride of Martin STERN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob STERN of Steubenville, Ohio, Sunday evening, August 5, 1934, in the SROLOVITZ residence. The Rev. A. HOLLANDER of Farrell, Ohio, was the officiant. A blue lace gown with pink slippers and pink picture hat were worn by the bride, who carried pink tea roses. After a dinner at the bride's home the couple left for a brief trip to Cleveland, Ohio and Detroit, Mich. Mr. and Mrs. STERN will reside in Steubenville.
