On Friday evening, October 26, 1917, at the home of the Rev. H. G. HOWELL, pastor of the Noblestown Methodist Church, occurred the marriage of Miss Iva
CHARLIER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred E. CHARLIER of McDonald, to Stanley SIMPSON, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert SIMPSON of
Noblestown. The ceremony was performed in the presence of only the parents of the
contracting parties.
Mr. and Mrs. SIMPSON will reside in McDonald.

SIMPSON - FRAZER
The marriage of Miss Elizabeth NELSON FRAZER, daughter of Mrs. Jennie FRAZER of Frankfort Springs, and William CRAWFORD SIMPSON, son of Mr. and Mrs. John SIMPSON of R.D. 1, Bulger, was solemnized in the home of the bride's mother on Wednesday, February 24, 1932, at 12 o' clock. The ring service was read by the Rev. E.W. WELCH of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, who was assisted by the Rev. James POTTER of Ingram, both former pastors of the bride. The bride wore a gown of white crepe trimmed in lace, and carried a bouquet of white carnations. Miss Hazel FRAZER, who was her sister's only attendant, wore a frock of white crepe, while the bridegroom's brother Arthur SIMPSON, was best man. Mrs. E.W. WELCH of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, played the wedding march. The house was beautifully decorated with house plants. The bride has been a successful school teacher in Washington county for the past several years and the bridegroom is a successful farmer. After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served and the young couple left for a short Eastern trip.
