HARTMAN - SEIPEL
[SEIPEL is the GROOM.]
A very pretty wedding ceremony took place in the William Penn hotel, Pittsburgh on Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock when Miss Louise Lorraine HARTMAN, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. T. S. HARTMAN, of McDonald, became the bride of Mr. George Valle
SEIPEL, of New York City, the Rev. B. B. HARRISON, of Ford City, officiating. The
wedding took place before an embankment of palms and ferns. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attired in a gown of white satin embroidered in
pearls. Orange blossoms and pearls formed the coronet for the veil of tulle which was embroidered in pearls. She carried a shower bouquet of bride's roses and lilies-of-valley. Miss Alma HAYES, of Imperial, schoolmate of the bride, was bridesmaid and appeared in a gown of pink georgette and carried a bouquet of Sweetheart roses.
Harrison HARTMAN, brother of the bride was best man. Miss Marie HINKLE, of Bellevue, played the wedding music. Charles HARTMAN, brother of the bride, was usher.
Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served with places for 18 at the bride's table which was decorated in pink and white peonies, bride's roses and
delphinium. Mr. and Mrs. SEIPEL left for a trip to Atlantic City and other points of interest and on their return will be at home in New York City. Miss HARTMAN is a graduate of
McDonald High school and the Pittsburgh University and for the past four years has been a teacher of science, last year which was in the Monessen High school. Mr.
SEIPEL is a structural engineer.

SELF - WALLACE
Mr. and Mrs. T. P. GEORGE entertained at a family dinner at their home in Third street on Memorial Day, in honor of the Rev. and Mrs. SELF.
Mrs. SELF was Miss Sarah WALLACE. She and Mr. SELF were married at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. M. WALLACE, in the North Side, Pittsburgh, at 4:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, May 20th, and started Thursday morning for Welser, Idaho, where Mr. SELF has an appointment under the Home Mission Board of the United Presbyterian Church. Quite a number of the bride's friends called at the GEORGE home on Wednesday afternoon to extend congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. SELF.
The out-of-town callers were J. H. McBURNEY and family of Canonsburg, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. WALLACE, Mrs. J. M. MOORE and daughter June and Mrs. Emma GEORGE of Midway.

A wedding of last week which came as a surprise to his friends was that of Mr. Charles SELL of Noblestown and Miss Catherine WHITE of Library, who were quietly married on Saturday, March 15, 1921, at Washington, Pa., with Mr. Peter HABUNET and Miss Irene SCHAFER as attendants. Best wishes are extended to them for a happy journey through life.
