The wedding of Miss Rose MONTCLAIR, daughter of Mrs. Augustine MONTCLAIR of Cecil, and Charles Alphonse RODGERS, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles RODGERS of Laurel hill, was solemnized Thanksgiving morning at eight o'clock in St. Ann's Catholic church at Cecil, the Rev. Father BEHASCH officiating. The bride wore a brown traveling suit with hat to match. Miss Katherine McCAUSLAND, the bridesmaid, wore a traveling suit of blue with hat to match. John McCAUSLAND of Cecil attended the groom. A wedding breakfast at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Jobie COX, followed the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Charles RODGERS, JR., will reside in Laurel hill.

Marriage Notice for W. L. RODGERS to Catherine Hill, 12 Jun 1894 From the McDonald, PA Record ~or~ Outlook newspaper of June 23, 1894, page unknown: 

RODGERS - HILL.

The following account of this wedding was received too late for last week's Outlook: On June 12th, at Candor, Pa., at noon, were united in marriage by the Rev. G. M. KERR, Mr. W. L. RODGERS, of Pittsburg, and Miss Catherine HILL. The rooms of the house were handsomely decorated with ferns and flowers. The bride was attired in a rich gown of white satin and brocade with graceful trimmings of duchess lace and diamonds. Miss CAVET, the maid of honor, wore a dainty gown of yellow satin. After a rich and fashionable dinner, the bride and groom left on the evening train for a trip to the lakes.

RODGERS - MALONE

Miss Mary Jane MALONE, formerly of Clinton, and William A. RODGERS of McKees Rocks were united in marriage at 7:30 o'clock Wednesday evening, September 14, 1938, in the Church of the Nazarene, Corlis. The Rev. William S. SALLADE of Clinton, grandfather of the bride, officiated.  The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, Edward SALLADE. Miss May McLAREN of Greenfield was maid of honor and Mr. Daniel MILTON, Jr., was the bestman. Miss Florence RODGERS of McKees Rocks, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Hazel ANDREWS of Clinton, cousin of the bride, were the ushers.
