The marriage of Miss Betty CORL of Mt. Ida, Virginia, and Arthur ROBERT, of Fanny street, took place in Washington, D. C., at three o'clock Sunday afternoon, June 20, 1926. Mrs. ROBERT is a student in George Washington university, Washington, D. C. and is a member of the Sigma Kappa sorority. Mr. ROBERT is a graduate of McDonald high school, of Pitt university, and at present is studying law in George Washington university. they will go to housekeeping in Washington, D. C.

Miss Florence SALLES, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. J. SALLES of West Lincoln avenue, and Fernal C. ROBERT, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. T. ROBERT of Fannie street, were united in marriage at 8:30 o'clock Friday evening, June 8, 1934, in the rectory of St. Alphonsus' church, McDonald [Pa], the bride's pastor, the Rev. J. A. BURGOON, officiating.  The bride wore a white silk crepe ensemble with matching accessories, with a corsage of roses and gardenias.  Miss Norma SALLES was her sister's bridesmaid and appeared in a pale pink crepe ensemble with matching accessories, and wore a corsage of roses.  William ROBERT was his brother's best man.  Mr. ROBERT is a graduate of McDonald high school and in 1928 was graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. He is employed by the Pittsburgh Coal Co. at Library [Pa].  Mr. and Mrs. ROBERT will be at home after June 17th in Brightwood, Pa.

The marriage of Miss alma HARVEY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Morris LaVerne HARVEY of North McDonald street, and Mr. William Matthew ROBERT, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. T. ROBERT of Fannie street, took place at 7:45 o'clock Friday evening, February 22, 1935. the ceremony was performed by the Rev. Fr. Joseph A. BURGOON. Miss Wilfreda HARVEY was her sister's maid of honor and Fernal ROBERT was his brother's best man.

The young couple are both graduates of McDonald high school. Mr. ROBERT is also a graduate of the School of Mining Engineering, Pennsylvania State college.  He is employed as a chemist at the Champion Cleaning plant of the Pittsburgh Coal Co.  Mr. and Mrs. ROBERT are residing with the bridegroom's parents.
