Miss Phoebe SOUFFRANT of Sturgeon and William RENNEKAMP of McKees Rocks were secretly married at Wellsburg, W.Va., last September and the fact has just become known. The bride's relatives had objected to a proposed marriage because of the bride's youth, and an elopement followed.
