POSEL - LOGAR
The marriage of Miss Bertha LOGAR and Peter POSEL of Tyre took place Monday, November
14, [1938], in St. Columbkilles church. The bridesmaids were Miss Sylvia
ERGEN, Miss Helen LOUDRIE, Miss Katherine EVNETS, and ushers were Joe KALAN, John
POSEL, and Mr. SYLVESTER. Dinner followed the ceremony in the bride's home. There was a reception in Union hall.

POSKIN - LEMON
Miss Mary Rose LEMON, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William LEMON of Oakdale, and William E. POSKIN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alex POSKIN of McDonald, were united in marriage at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 1946, in the home of the Rev. Fr. Martin FLAHERTY in Noblestown. Miss Anna Mae LEMON of Oakdale, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid, and Edward BONNETT of McDonald served as bestman.
Miss LEMON is a 1946 graduate of the Oakdale high school and Mr. POSKIN attended the McDonald high school prior to entering the service. He served 33 months in the army, 15 of which were spent in the European theater. At present he is employed by the Standard Oil Co. of Pittsburgh. The young couple will reside in Carnegie.

Miss Angeline ALTIERI, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard ALTIERI of Cecil, and Mr. Peter
POTENZA of Columbus, Ohio, were united in marriage at 9:30 o'clock Saturday morning, June 21, 1941, in St. Peter's church, Columbus, by the Rev. Father
PETRACH.
The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Joseph ALTIERI, wore a gown of brocaded marquisette with a train and short veil. She carried a bouquet of calla lilies and babybreath with streamers. The maid of honor, Miss
Sittemia ALTIERI of Cecil, sister of the bride, wore a gown of peach marquisette with a blue headdress. The bridesmaids, Miss Janet
CROGNALE and Miss Betty VENTRESCA, both of Columbus, Ohio, and Miss Lavinia
VENTRESCA of Cecil, wore gowns of blue marquisette with pink headdresses. They and Miss ALTIERI each carried a bouquet of roses,
babybreath, and for-get-me-nots with streamers. Mr. Stanley
CROGNALE of Columbus served as bestman. The wedding music was played by the church organist.
Following the ceremony, dinner was served at a hotel. There were one hundred guests, all seated at one table. A reception was held afterwards.
The young couple are at home at 780 East Second avenue, Columbus.

POTTS - CADOUL
Miss Dorothy Cadoul, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cadoul of Sturgeon, and A|C Frank M. Potts, stationed at Yale university, New Haven, Conn., son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Potts of Bridgeville, were united in marriage at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 1943, in the Dwight chapel, New Haven, by Chaplain William M. Green.
The bride wore cadet blue with matching accessories and a corsage of gardenias.
Mrs. Potts, a 1941 graduate of North Fayette high school, is employed in the Nates Music shop, Pittsburgh. Cadet Potts is a 1937 graduate of Bridgeville high school and prior to his induction into the army in January, he was employed at the Universal Cyclops Steel Co., Bridgeville.
