Announcement was made of the marriage of Miss Mattie PRIEBE of Cleveland to Mr. J. Emmett O'BRIEN of Huntington, W. Va., formerly of McDonald on Saturday, October 17th. The ceremony was performed at the rectory of the church of St. Agnes, Cleveland, Ohio. They will live in Huntington, W. Va.

At 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Washington, Pa., took place the wedding of Miss Inez MONTGOMERY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
J. W. MONTGOMERY of West Alexander, with Joseph O'BRIEN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas O'BRIEN, of McDonald, the Rev. James GILMORE performing the ceremony. Immediately after the ceremony the bride and groom left for New York and on Saturday they will sail for Europe, where Mr. O'BRIEN is employed in the oil fields of Roumania.

O'BRIEN - EATON
Miss Jean Victoria EATON, daughter of A. L. G. EATON of Coraopolis, and Lt. Robert Carmody O'BRIEN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry C. O'BRIEN of Crafton, were united
in marriage Friday, March 17, 1944, in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Baltimore, Md.,
by the Rev. John J. DUGGAN.
The bride wore a gold wool suit with brown accessories and a corsage of gardenias.
Mrs. James BURNS of Catonsville, Md., as matron of honor, wore aqua with black
accessories and a corsage of red carnations. Charles CONOR, of Baltimore served
as bestman.
Mrs. O'BRIEN, a niece of Mrs. B. M. McCartney of Station street, McDonald, will reside
on Wood street, Coraopolis. Lieutenant O'BRIEN has been assigned to overseas duty.
