Miss Mary DRUGMAND of Imperial and Mr. Edward McLAUGHLIN of Coraopolis were united in marriage Saturday, June 12, in Wellsburg, W. Va.
The couple went to Chicago for their honeymoon. The bride was a teacher
in the North Fayette schools and the bridegroom is an engineer on the Montour railroad.

On Wednesday morning, October 12th occurred the marriage of Miss Hazel M. ASHTON,
daughter of Mrs. Kate ASHTON, of North Highland avenue, and Mr. Francis D.
McLAUGHLIN,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert McLAUGHLIN, Sr., of West State street. Rev. Father D.C. COX of Noblestown officiated.
Mrs. MCLAUGHLIN has been a proficiency clerk in the Oakdale Post office for a number of years and Mr. MCLAUGHLIN is
employed by the South Penn Oil Company. Both are well known in this vicinity.

McLAUGHLIN - GRESH
Miss Betty June GRESH, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard GRESH of Center avenue, Oakdale and Lawrence
McLAUGHLIN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence McLAUGHLIN, Sr.,
of Hastings avenue, Oakdale, were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 1942,
in the home of the Rev. George L. GLUNT, Oakland, Pittsburgh.
The bride wore an aqua suit with dark blue accessories and her flowers were white roses. Her attendants were her sister, Miss
Ann [GRESH], who wore a dark green suit with brown accessories, and Miss June
STURGEON of Oakdale, who wore a brown suit. Both attendants had red roses. Glenn
McFARLAND of Oakdale served as bestman.
Following the ceremony, a reception for the immediate families was held in the
GRESH home, where the young couple will reside.
Mr. and Mrs. McLAUGHLIN are both Oakdale high school graduates.
