MAY - BRIMNER 

Miss Agnes L. BRIMNER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John BRIMNER of Florence, and Robert T. MAY, son of Mrs. Armelia MAY of R. D. 2, Burgettstown, were united in marriage at a double ring ceremony at 3:00 o'clock Monday afternoon, January 20, 1947, in the Florence Presbyterian church. The Rev. Given KUTZ officiated. Mrs. Paul PUGH sang "I Love You Truly" and "O Promise Me," accompanied by her mother, Mrs. John MALONE. 

The bride wore an aqua dress with black accessories and a corsage of white roses. Her bridesmaids, Miss Hazel ADAMS and Miss Wanda KENSEY wore aqua and gray respectively with corsages of pink carnations. Donald ACKMAN of Frankfort and Wayne J. BRIMNER, brother of the bride, also attended the couple. Following the ceremony a reception for thirty guests was held in the bride's home. After a trip to Washington, D.C., the couple are residing in an apartment in the home of the bride's parents. 

The bride, a 1946 graduate of Union high school, Burgettstown, has been employed by an optometrist in Pittsburgh. Mr. MAY served as a corporal in the army and was stationed twenty-one months in Germany. He is employed by the Utah Construction Co., Imperial.

Miss Edna LaVerne BYERS of Fostoria, Ohio, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. H. A. BYERS of McDonald, and Mr. Walter S. MAY, son of M. W. MAY of Fostoria, Ohio, were united in marriage at 12:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, May 28, 1939, in the Methodist parsonage, the pastor, the Rev. Joel WAREING, performing the single ring ceremony. Following the ceremony, the couple left on a brief trip to Detroit, Mich.

The bride has made her home the past year with her sister, Mrs. L. J. MURPHY, Fostoria and was reception clerk in the office of Dr. MURPHY. She was graduated from McDonald high school and attended business college in Pittsburgh. She is a member of the Junior Women's club of McDonald. Mr. MAY was graduated from Fostoria high school, Culver Military Academy, and Kenyon college. He is a member of the Kiwanis club, is a 32 degree Mason, and is affiliated with the Shrine club. Mr. MAY holds the position of Federal postal clerk. The young couple will reside at 201 Elm street, Fostoria, Ohio.

Marriage Notice for Victor MAZZACCO to Margaret Randour, 11 Jul 1939

 

NOTE: There?s a typo in the MAZZACCO ? RANDOUR announcement. The bride?s sister?s last name is spelled two different ways, BOSWELL and BOSEWELL.

MAZZACCO ? RANDOUR


Miss Margaret RANDOUR of Fannie street, McDonald, daughter of Joseph RANDOUR of Burgettstown, and Victor MAZZACCO of Cherry Valley were united in marriage at 7:30 o?clock, Tuesday evening, July 11, 1939 in the bridegroom?s home, Squire BERTOVICH performing the ceremony. The bride wore a white crepe dress with blue accessories. Her corsage was of mixed flowers. A wedding dinner was served at DIMINOCKS on the Steubenville pike. There were twelve guests seated at the bride?s table. The young couple will later leave for a trip to the New York World?s Fair and after July 25 they will reside in Cherry Valley.

Mrs. MAZZACCO is a 1939 graduate of McDonald high school. Mr. MAZZACCO, a 1936 graduate of Union high school, Burgettstown, is employed on the State highway.

Mr. and Mrs. Harold BOSWELL of Washington attended the reception. Mrs. BOSEWELL is the bride?s sister.
