Miss EMMA G. GEORGE and Mr ABEL B. MASQUELIER of Mc Donald were united in marriage Tuesday evening, April 7th at 7:45 o'clock at the manse of the First United Presbyterian church by the Rev. W. D. IRONS, D. D., assisted by the Rev. A. DEVOS.  The  attendants were Miss ELIZABETH L. MASQUELIER, sister of the groom and FRANK GEORGE, brother of the bride. Mr. MASQUELIER is employed as a foreman for the Armstrong Cork Company of Oakdale. The young couple went to housekeeping in Oakdale where they will resided [sic].

Miss Frances FERGUSON, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. FERGUSON of Burgettstown, formerly of Midway, and Alvin MASQUELIER, stationed at the Great Lakes Naval training station, Ill., son of Mrs. William MASQUELIER of Valley street, McDonald, were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 1944, in the parsonage of the First United Presbyterian church, McDonald, by the pastor, the Rev. S. A. McCOLLAM, D. D.

The bride wore a poudre blue dress with dark blue accessories. The matron of honor, Mrs. Ruth MUMPER of Midway, wore a light blue dress with dark blue accessories. William Edward MASQUELIER of Aliquippa served as his brother?s bestman.

Following the ceremony, a dinner for the immediate families was held in the Ferguson home. The young couple then left for a brief wedding trip.

Mrs. MASQUELIER, a 1940 graduate of Midway high school and a 1941 graduate of Business Training school, Pittsburgh, is a clerk for the Pennsylvania railroad. She will reside with her parents for the present. Mr. MASQUELIER is a 1939 graduate of McDonald high school and attended aeronautical school.

Mr. and Mrs. William HEER of Stryker, Ohio, announce the marriage of their daughter Florence to Mr. Arthur MASQUELIER, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. MASQUELIER of North McDonald street, McDonald. The ceremony, a quiet one, took place at three o?clock Saturday afternoon, August 25, 1928, in the Methodist parsonage, and was performed by the pastor, the Rev. William MARTIN. Mrs. MASQUELIER is a teacher in one of the Akron schools. Mr. MASQUELIER was graduated from the McDonald high school, class of 1920. After September first, Mr. and Mrs. MASQUELIER will be at home in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

The marriage of Miss Esther Marie JIANNINO and Frank J. MASQUELIER is to take place in the French United Presbyterian church of McDonald this Thursday evening, August 18, 1921, at seven-thirty o'clock. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Silvie JIANNINO of Valley street, McDonald, and has been employed in their Co-operative store for several years. The groom is a son of Jules MASQUELIER, the well known carpenter, and is employed at the railroad station here. Both young people have been active in the affairs of the French church.

MASQUELIER - JUMETT 

Miss Angele JUMETT and George MASQUELIER were united in marriage this Thursday evening in the French Church. The ceremony was performed by the pastor, the Rev. Alexandre Mage, D. D. The bride was attended by the groom?s sister, Miss Manuel MASQUELIER, and Harry MASQUELIER, a cousin of the groom, was best man. The bride?s mother lives in Springfield, Ill. Her father is dead. Following the ceremony, which took place at seven o?clock, a reception was held in the social parlors of the church, and a large number of friends were in attendance. The bridegroom is employed in the telegraph office in Barr street. He and his bride will reside in McDonald.
