The marriage of Miss Daisy E. DELOCHE, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. DELOCHE of Miller street, and Mr. Jules U. MANGOLD, son of Mrs. Eugene CHIEZE of Barr street, was  performed at the home of the officiating  minister, the Rev. Dr. W. D. IRONS, pastor of the First United Presbyterian church of  McDonald, on Tuesday evening, August 12, 1924, at eight-thirty o'clock. Miss Julia  DELOCHE, sister of the bride, and Mr. Ralph DUCRAY of North street were the attendants. Mrs. MANGOLD is a graduate of the McDonald high school class of 1924. Mr. MANGOLD is employed in the oil field. Mr. MANGOLD is a World war veteran, enlisting in the early days of the war. He served with distinction overseas, being the first man from McDonald to be mentioned in dispatches from the front, having been decorated for bravery under fire, when he crawled out over "no man's" land and silenced a machine-gun nest. Mr. and Mrs. MANGOLD will reside in McDonald.

Mr. Eugene J. MANSFIELD of Jewett, Ohio and Miss Ila Mae McCAUSLAND of Station street were married at the parsonage of the First United Presbyterian church, Monday morning, 
July 22nd at 11:30 o'clock. After a wedding trip to Ohio and other points they will be at home in Tyngsboro, Mass. where Mr. MANSFIELD is pastor of a church.

A pretty wedding took place at 9 o'clock Thursday morning, November 10, 1938, in St. Patrick's church, Noblestown, when Miss Norma MACKEY, daughter of Mr. Felix MACKEY, Sr., of Center avenue, Oakdale, became the bride of Mr. Edo MANZINI, son of Mr. and Mrs. John MANZINI of Noblestown.  The Rev. Fr. C. M. KEANE performed the ring ceremony. The bride wore a white transparent velvet gown with veil and carried white roses. Miss Cecelia BEDNAR of Oakdale was bridesmaid and wore a gown of deep blue moire and carried red roses. Felix MACKEY, Jr., brother of the bride, attended the bridegroom. The wedding music was played by Miss Florence HAHN of Noblestown. Following the ceremony, breakfast and a reception was held in the bride's home for thirty guests, with twenty-five seated at the bride's table. At a later hour the newlyweds left on a trip to Buffalo, N. Y. On their return
they will reside in Western avenue, Oakdale.

Miss A. M. CADOUL of Corliss and Mr._______ MAPES of St. Petersburg, Fla., were united in marriage on Wednesday, August 10, 1927. The ceremony took place in Jacksonville, Fla. The bride formerly lived in Sturgeon. She is a nurse and is well known in this locality.  Mr. and Mrs. Mapes are on a wedding trip in the Blue Ridge mountains.  They will spend some time in McDonald and vicinity. They will be at home in St. Petersburg after January 1st.
