LOGAR - KLEMENCIC


The marriage of Miss Angeline KLEMENCIC, daughter of Mr. Frank KLEMENCIC of Bridgeville, to Mr. John A. LOGAR of Tyre was solemnized at 9 a.m., Monday, June 8, 1936, in the St. Columbkill's church, Imperial, the Rev. Fr. D. KUPLEC, pastor of the church, officiating. The bride was attired in a long white lace satin gown with the accessories to match. Her coat was of white satin with a long train. Her bouquet was white lilies. The maid of honor, Miss Amelia KLEMENCIC, a sister of the bride, was attired in a pink lace gown with accessories to match. Mr. John ERGEN was the best man. The bridesmaids were Miss Bertha LOGAR, Miss Frances OKIN, and Miss Julia KALAN, and the ushers were Mr. Stanley SCHERY, Mr. John BURIN, and Mr. Michael JULIA. The wedding music was furnished by an orchestra of Primrose.

A reception was held that evening in the Union hall, Tyre, with dancing and dining. There were 500 guests present, with 53 at the bride's table. The young couple are making their home in Tyre. The bride is a 1935 graduate of South Fayette high school and the bridegroom attended the Pike school. Mr. LOGAR is owner of an 
Imperial food store.

Miss Ruth FUTTERMAN, daughter of the late Herman A. and Fannie FUTTERMAN of West Lincoln avenue, McDonald, and Dr. O. L. LOIKREC of New Orleans, La., were united in marriage Thursday, September 10, 1936, in Temple Sinai in New Orleans. Dr. Julius B. FEIBELMAN of New Orelans [sic] performed the ceremony. Dr. and Mrs. LOIKREC will reside in New Orleans.

LONG- KEBE

Miss Margaret KEBE of R. D. 2, Coraopolis, and Claude B. LONG of York were united in marriage Monday, April 7, 1947, by the Rev. Fr. L. R. KOLAKOWSKI. The bride was attired in a Dove gray suit and carried pink roses. The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. RACE. A reception for 40 guests was held in the Fort Pitt Inn on Routes 22-30.

The bride is a graduate of Indiana State Teachers college and taught home economics in Union high, Burgettstown. The bridegroom attended
Pennsylvania State college and is an eleterical [sic] engineer. He was a lieutenant (jg) in the navy during World War II.

Following a wedding trip to Virginia and Maryland they will be at home in York and Philadelphia. 

Out-of-town guests at the reception were Attorney and Mrs. L. ZUPANCIC and Mr. and Mrs. Fred KINDIG of Brentwood, Dr. and Mrs. William LYTLE of Oakdale, the bridegroom's mother of York, the bridegroom's sister and husband of State College, Francis MEUTZ of Oakdale, and Mrs. MATKOVICH and three daughters of Ingram. While the guests dined, piano selections were rendered by Anna Mae DEGROSKY of Coraopolis R. D.
