Wednesday, September 24th, at 9:30 a.m. the marriage of Miss Emma McLAUGHLIN, of  Noblestown, and John LITTLE, of Oakdale, was solemnized in St. Patricks' R. C. church, Noblestown. A bountiful wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's parents, one mile north of Noblestown, at which only the immediate friends of both families were present. The bride was the recipient of many beautiful presents. Mr. and Mrs. LITTLE have gone to housekeeping on Marion avenue, their house having previously been made ready for them.--Oakdale Times.

LITTLE - DAVIS

Miss Mary Eileen DAVIS, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James DAVIS of Noblestown, became the bride of Richard Harry LITTLE, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. F. LITTLE of Oakdale, on Friday, May 29, 1959, in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard DOLENC in Oakdale. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Charles FARMER.

The bride appeared in a white nylon-over-white taffeta dress with a Dior bow and carried a yellow rosebud nosegay to match the pale yellow cumberbund. 

The maid of honor, Miss Gerri PETRICKO, was attired in a pale blue nylon dress and carried a nosegay of white carnations. William THOMAS served as bestman.

A buffet lunch was served following the ceremony. The table centerpiece was a five-tier wedding cake flanked by bouquets of spring flowers.

The bride, a graduate of South Fayette high school, is employed by the Equitable Life Insurance Co. The bridegroom recently discharged from the U. S. Army, is employed by the P. & L. E. Railroad. 

Following a brief wedding trip to Uniontown, the newlyweds are residing in Oakdale.

Jay LIVINGSTON, son of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice H. LEVISON of Station street, was married to Lynne GORDON of Oklahoma City and Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 19, in Hollywood, Calif.

The ceremony took place in the home of mutual friends of the bride and groom, and was followed by a reception for relatives and intimate friends. The bride wore a beige gabardine suit, with green alligator accessories and green orchids. 

The couple left shortly after the ceremony for Phoenix, Arizona, where they spent a few days, and then came back to Palm Springs, Calif. for the remainder of their honeymoon. 

Mrs. LIVINGSTON was formerly associated with Broadcast Music, Inc., the publishing company that published her husband's first hit song, "G'Bye Now." The couple met through their associations in business.

Jay is employed by Paramount Pictures, his latest assignment having been the composing of the song, "Beside You," theme song of the Bob HOPE-Dorothy LAMOUR picture, "My Favorite Brunette."

Mr. and Mrs. LIVINGSTON are now living in a Hollywood apartment, and in a few weeks they expect to move into a new home they are building
in the San Fernando Valley, section of Los Angeles.
