KRESS - BLANC
Miss Nova BLANC, daughter of Mrs. Louis BLANC of Sturgeon, and Elmer KRESS, son of Mrs. Carl KRESS of R. D. 1, Oakdale, were united in marriage at 7:45 p.m.
Saturday, April 17, 1943, by the Rev. Mr. BURRY, pastor of St. John's Lutheran church, Carnegie.
The bride wore a street-length navy blue dress with matching accessories and a corsage of red roses.
Mrs. KRESS is a granddaughter of the Alexis AUBENQUES of Champion hill.
The young couple reside with the bride's mother.

Miss Elizabeth COTTLE and Mr. George KRESS, both of McDonald, went to Wellsburg, W.VA., on Monday, October 24, 1921, where they were married at the Methodist parsonage. Miss COTTLE is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George COTTLE of North street, and Mr. KRESS is the youngest son of Mrs. John KRESS of Valley street. He is employed at Montour mine No. 9. Mr. and Mrs. KRESS will go to housekeeping in Valley street.
