Miss Sallie UNDERWOOD, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph UNDERWOOD of Howard street, McDonald, and Andrew KRAUS of Cuddy were married at eleven o'clock
Saturday morning, October 18, 1936, in the manse of the Canonsburg U. P. church, the Rev. H. Ross HUME, the pastor, officiating.

KRAVEC - TROPECK
Before an altar beautifully decorated with ferns and flowers, Miss Frances
TROPECK, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James TROPECK of Champion
Hill, and Alexander KRAVEC, son of Mrs. Mary KRAVEC of Braddock, were united in marriage at 10:00 a.m. August 31, 1946, in St. Patrick's
church, Noblestown, by the Rev. Father FLAHERTY. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a gown of white marquisette and
a fingertip veil held at the crown with a band of seed pearls and orange blossoms. She wore a gold cross necklace which was a gift of the
bridegroom. Her bouquet was of white lilies. The maid of honor was Gerry
TROPECK, sister of the bride. She wore an aqua net gown with
matching head dress and carried a bouquet of yellow rosebuds. Nicholas KRAVEC was his brother's
bestman. Following the ceremony, a
wedding dinner was served at Van's Tavern. Covers were laid for sixty guests. A four tier wedding cake and cut flowers were used for the
centerpiece. The bride is employed by Kaufmann's and the bridegroom at Westinghouse Electric Corp. The young couple are now at their
newly purchased home on Frankstown road, Pittsburgh.

KREK - ORWIG
Dr. and Mrs. Dwight E. ORWIG of McDonald announce the marriage of their daughter
Julia LaVerne [ORWIG] to Ralph I. KREK, son of Ignatius KREK of Presto and the
late Mrs. KREK. The couple were married at 11:30 o'clock Monday, January 24,
1944, in the rectory of St. Barbara's church, Bridgeville, by the Rev. J.
PIKUTUS. The attendants were Miss Louise KREK, sister of the bridegroom, and
George GOUT of Bridgeville [Pa]. Members of the immediate families also
witnessed the ceremony.

ALLINDER - KRENN.

A very pretty wedding took place at eight o'clock Wednesday evening, June 30, 1926, when Miss Anna Mary ALLINDER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel ALLINDER of Station street, became the bride of John KRENN, son of Mrs. Mary KRENN of Cuddy. The Rev. B. F. HEANY, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, performed the ceremony in the home of the bride's parents. The bridal party entered the living room and marched to the altar embanked with palms, ferns and flowers, to the strains of the bridal chorus from Lohengrin, played by Mrs. Ben LOCKHART, sister of the bride. The bride who was given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of poudre blue frost crepe and carried an arm bouquet of bride's roses showered with lilies of the valley. Miss Annie FRITCH of Gastonville, a cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid, and she wore a gown of orchid flat crepe and carried an arm bouquet of pink rosebuds. Ellwood ALLINDER, brother of the bride, was best man. A wedding dinner and reception followed the ceremony. A large bowl of the season's flowers adorned the center of the bride's table, at which covers for twelve were laid. Eighteen guests were present. The house was tastefully decorated in ferns and the season's flowers. Mr. and Mrs. KRENN will reside in Cuddy, where Mr. KRENN is employed by the National Mining company. The out-of-town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Willard ALLINDER and sons Billie [ALLINDER] and Clifford [ALLINDER] of Dennison, Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. Ben LOCKHART of Washington, Mr. and Mrs. Carl ALLINDER of Carnegie, Mrs. Mary KRENN, Andrew KRENN, and Floyd KRENN of Cuddy.
