Miss Marion L. LEIGH will become the bride of William A. KOLB this Friday afternoon at 4:30
oclock [sic], with the Rev. C. Marshall MUIR reading the service in the Bellefield Presbyterian church. The wedding, which will be simple and informal in detail, will be followed by a small family dinner in the Hotel Schenley.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred C. LEIGH of Birmingham, Ala., and her fiance
[sic=fiancé] is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William F. KOLB of
Imperial, formerly of McDonald. The affianced couple are graduates of the Pittsburgh Art Institute and Miss LEIGH has also attended art classes at Carnegie
Tech.

KORAIDO - KAPUSTYNSKI
Miss Tillie KAPUSTYNSKI, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John KAPUSTYNSKI of Canonsburg, formerly of Bavington, and Leo KORAIDO of
Canonsburg were united in marriage at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 1946, in the Polish National Catholic church in Canonsburg. Father ZEBA
performed the double ring ceremony. Frank KOGUT, a friend of the bridegroom, played "Oh Promise Me" and the Wedding March and the choir sang
"I Love You Truly."
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white lace gown with bodice trimmed in seed pearls, a full skirt, ending in a long train. She
wore a long veil and a strand of pearls, a gift of the bridegroom, and she carried a bouquet of white lilies and a white Bible. The maid of honor,
Miss Sophia KAPUSTYNSKI, sister of the bride, wore a white gown and carried a bouquet of pink roses. The bridesmaids were Miss Anna
UCHAL and Miss Mary UCHAL, nieces of the bride. The former was attired in a pink gown and the later wore a blue gown. Each carried red
roses. John KORAIDO, brother of the bridegroom, served as bestman, and the ushers were Peter
KAPUSTYNSKI and John UCHAL. The bride's mother wore a black and gray dress and corsage of red rosebuds and babies'-breath. The bridegroom's sister, Mrs. Bernice
TABORSKY, wore black and yellow and a corsage of red and white rosebuds.
A wedding dinner was served to 150 guests in the S.N.P.J. hall at Strabane. A three-tiered wedding cake topped with a small bride and
bridegroom formed the centerpiece of the bride's table and the other tables were decorated in pink and white. The wedding prayer was offered by
Father ZEBA. Dancing followed the dinner with music by the Steel City orchestra of Carnegie. Guests were present from Maryland, Ohio,
Pittsburgh, Avella, Slovan, Midway, Imperial, Tyre, Westland, Burgettstown, and Coraopolis.
The young couple left by automobile for New Jersey where they will visit the bride's sister, Mrs. Helen SHZEDOFF, Sparta. They will reside
with the bride's parents.

KORENBERG - BROWARSKY
Miss Julia BROWARSKY, daughter of Simon BROWARSKY of East Lincoln avenue, McDonald, and Samuel KORENBERG, son of William
KORENBERG of Pittsburgh, were united in marriage Sunday afternoon, June 23, 1946. The ceremony was performed by Rabbi Bernard
POUPKO in the garden of his home, Darlington road, Pittsburgh.
The bride was attired in a beige suit with green accessories and a matching hat. She wore a corsage of talisman roses. Mrs. Joseph HARRIS,
sister of the bride, was matron of honor and wore an aqua dress with corsage of American Beauty roses.
After a western motor trip, Mr. and Mrs. KORENBERG will be at home in McDonald.

KORTH - SILVERBLATT
Miss Fannie SILVERBLATT, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. W. SILVERBLATT of Imperial, and Hyman KORTH, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. KORTH of Washington, D.C., were united in marriage September 5, 1937, in the Blue room of the Hotel Hamilton, Washington, D.C. Following the ceremony a dinner for thirty-six guests was served at the hotel. The newlyweds left immediately by boat for Norfolk, Va., where they spent several days. They will reside in Philadelphia. The bride is a graduate of Findlay Vocational school, also of Carnegie Tech, and the bridegroom is a graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia.
