KESNECK - RICHERT

Miss Rita Mae RICHERT, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. P. RICHERT of Cecil, and Stanley KESNECK, son of Mrs. Stella KESNECK of Cecil, were united in marriage at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 15, 1944, in St. Mary's church, Cecil, by the Rev. Fr. James BILLER.

The bride wore a white gown made princess style with a sweetheart neckline, leg-of-mutton sleeves, and embroidered pearls on the shoulders. She carried a bouquet of white rosebuds and shower lilies. The maid of honor, Miss Eleanor QUINN of Cecil carried red rosebuds. The bridesmaids were Miss Catherine McAUSLIN of Muse, niece of the bride, who wore peach net, Miss Jeanette KESNECK of Cecil, sister of the bridegroom, who wore blue net, and Miss Margaret WHITE of Carnegie, who wore green taffeta. They each carried a bouquet of yellow rosebuds. John RICHERT of Cecil, brother of the bride, served as bestman and the ushers were Chester KESNECK of Cecil, brother of the bridegroom, and James and Kenneth McCARTY of Carnegie, nephews or the bride.

A reception was held in the RICHERT home. There were 50 guests with 20 seated at the bride's table.

Mr. and Mrs. KESNECK are both graduates of the Cecil high school.  Mr. KESNECK is a mill worker for the Pittsburgh Coke & Iron Co.

Miss Justine SEMBRAT of Carnegie and Knorbert KESSLER of Sturgeon were united in marriage Saturday evening, September 5, 1942, in the home of the Rev. Lloyd O. HINDMAN in Burgettstown.

Miss Loretta KESSLER, sister of the bridegroom, was the bridesmaid and Robert HUNSINGER of Slovan served as bestman.

The young couple spent their honeymoon at the Summit hotel, Uniontown. They will reside in McDonald. Mr. KESSLER is employed by Cameron Bros.

Miss Dorothy HAYES, daughter of Fred HAYES of Kirwan heights, Bridgeville, and Lawrence KESSLER of Noblestown were united in marriage Saturday, July 15, 1939, in the rectory of St. Patrick's church, Noblestown, the Rev. Fr. C. M. KEANE officiating. The bride carried gardenias. The bridesmaid, Mrs. Ruth HAYES FISHER, carried sweetpeas. Mr. Clarence FISHER served as bestman. The young couple left for a short trip to Cleveland and will visit the bridegroom's aunt, Mrs. Otto GOTTMAN, in Lakewood. On their return they will reside with the bride's father.
