Miss Mary Louise BEITSINGER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin BEITSINGER of R. D. 1, McDonald, and Frank Bruce KENCHEL, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. KENCHEL of R. D. 1, Oakdale, were united in marriage at 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 1947, in the First United Presbyterian church, McDonald. The pastor, the Rev. S. A. MCCOLLAM performed the single ring ceremony before an altar banked with ferns and palms. 

The bride was attired in a white satin gown with a fingertip veil cascading from a Jullette cap of net, pearls and orange blossoms and she carried an arm bouquet of white spring flowers centered with a white corsage. For something old, she carried a handkerchief belonging to the bridegroom's great aunt. She also wore a borrowed bracelet and a tiny blue bow. The matron of honor, Mrs. Andrew YANKEL of Imperial, sister of
the bride, wore a blue taffeta gown with a cap of blue sequins and she carried an arm bouquet of spring flowers tied with blue streamers. The bridesmaid, Miss Marie Rose SCHARR of Crafton, wore a pink taffeta gown with a [...missing words...] pink streamers.  Robert KENCHELL of R. D. 1, Oakdale, brother of the bridegroom, served as bestman and Andrew YANKEL and Robert DZURICA of Moon Run were the ushers. Carl SCHORR of Crafton sang "Because" and "I Love You Truly" accompanied at the organ by Mrs. L. P. LAVIE.

The bride's mother was attired in a navy blue gown with black accessories and she wore a corsage of spring flowers. The bridegroom's mother wore a navy gown with black accessories and a corsage of spring flowers. 

Following the ceremony, a reception for 66 guest was held at the Fort Pitt Inn. A three tiered wedding cake topped with a miniature bride and groom centered the bridal table. 

Upon their return from a trip to New York, the young couple will make their home for the present with the bride's parents. The bride is a graduate of the North Fayette high school and attended Westminster college for two years. The bridegroom, a graduate of the North Fayette high school, served for some time in the army. He is employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad. 

Out-of-town guest were from Baltimore, Md., and Lima, Ohio.

Midway, were united in marriage Monday morning, December 24, 1934, in Wellsburg, W.Va.. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Campbell of Candor, brother-in-law and sister of the bride, witnessed the marriage.
The bride was attired in a blue tunic silk crepe dress with matching accessories. The newlyweds are residing with the bridegroom's parents in Midway.

Miss Ella Mae POLLOCK, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. POLLOCK of Canonsburg, and Grant Harding KENNARD, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter KENNARD of R. D. 2, McDonald, were united in marriage Saturday evening, October 17, 1942, in the First Christian church, Carnegie. The pastor, the Rev. W. D. BARBER, officiated.

The attendants were Miss Ruth THOMPSON and Allen KENNARD.

The couple have gone to housekeeping in their home on R.D. 2, McDonald.
