Carl Kenneth JONES, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore JONES of R.D. 1, McDonald, and Miss Florence McMICHAEL of Montours Community [Pa] were married Wednesday, April 13, 1938, at Cumberland, Md.  Afterward they visited Mrs. JONES'S sister, Miss Maude McMICHAEL, in Allentown [Pa], and toured the Gettysburg battle field, the cities of Harrisburg, and Philadelphia, and returned home Sunday night. They were dinner guests Monday evening in the Theodore JONES home. Mrs. JONES is a Pittsburgh school teacher. They will reside for the present at the McMICHAEL homestead on routes 22-30.

Miss Edna Mae SPANGLER, daughter of Blair SPANGLER of Imperial, and T/Cpl. Charles D. JONES, stationed at Fr. Bragg, N.C., son of Mr. and Mrs. David JONES, also of Imperial, were united in marriage at 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 1943, in the home of the Rev. H. K. PASMA, Rockville, Md.

The bride wore a beige suit with brown accessories and a corsage of talisman roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Evelyn HONE of Hickman, wore army tan with brown accessories and a corsage of Johanna Hill roses. Clifton FISHER of the U. S. maritime service, Washington, D.C., served as bestman.

Mrs. JONES is a 1941 graduate of Findlay Vocational school, Imperial, and is employed at the officer's division, A.G.O. of the war department, Washington, D.C. The bridegroom graduated from Findlay high in 1939.

Mr. and Mrs. A.W. SCHAFFER of R. D. 4, McDonald announce the marriage of their daughter , Miss Dorothy Adella SCHAFFER, to Earl JONES, son of Mrs. Odessa JONES of West Middletown. The ceremony took place in the home of the bridegroom's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. JONES, in Bethany, W.Va. with the Rev. Mr. MILLER officiating. The bride was attired in a dark blue taffeta dress and accessories to match.

Mrs. JONES is a graduate of Mt. Pleasant vocational high school in Hickory, class of 1935. Mr. JONES is employed in Washington. They will be at home in West Middletown.

At the home of Mr. Joseph FIELDING, West End, on June 18, by Rev. Dr. IRONS, Mr. Enoch N. JONES, of East Liverpool, and Miss Maggie PROSSER. This young couple will make their home in Kittanning where Mr. JONES is in charge of a large laundry. 33 members of the McDonald L. O. T. M. were present as guests.

A very pretty wedding took place at 5:30 o?clock Thursday evening, October 14, 1926, at the home of the bride?s aunt, Mrs. William TRANTER, in Ingram, when Miss Grace McKENZIE, daughter of Thomas McKENZIE of Moon Run, became the bride of Frank William JONES, son of Mrs. J. A. MARTIN of Bulger.  The Rev. J. H. McILHINNY of Union church, pastor of the bride, performed the ceremony. He was assisted by the Rev. James BRICELAND of Corliss.  The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of pink silk crepe trimmed in satin ribbon and carried bride?s roses and lilies of the valley. Miss TRANTER, a cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid.  Mr. QUINN of Pittsburgh was best man. Little William McKENZIE, brother of the bride, was ring bearer and little Mary ADAMS was flower girl. The bridal party entered the room and marched to the altar to the strains of the wedding march played by an aunt of the bride.  A dinner and reception followed the ceremony, with covers laid for eight at the bride?s table, the centerpiece of which was rosebuds and asparagus fern.  The house was beautifully decorated with pink dahlias and the season?s flowers. Mr. and Mrs. JONES will reside at the bride?s home in Moon Run.
