CROCK - JACKSON

The marriage of Virginia Elisabeth [CROCK], daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. CROCK, to Chester L. JACKSON, of Overbrook Borough, recently of Imperial, was solemnized Saturday afternoon, October 23, 1926, at three o'clock, in the CROCK home in Overbrook. The Rev. Walter R. PURNELL, pastor of the Valley Presbyterian church of Imperial, officiated, the ring ceremony used. The wedding march was played by Miss Edna SOLON of Overbrook. The bride and bridegroom were unattended. The bride
was gowned in white georgette trimmed with rhinestones and carried a shower bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley, Pink and white roses and carnations were
used to decorate the house. Immediately after the ceremony tea was served, after which the young couple left for a short trip to the
North. Upon their return they will
be at home in Harding boulevard, Overbrook.
Many beautiful gifts of silver, glass, linens, and china, were received by the newlyweds.

GRAZLER, Miss Winetta [ENNIS] and Miss Virginia ENNIS, all of Library. Those from Pittsburgh and vicinity who attended were Mr. and Mrs. Robert JACKSON, Mr. and Mrs. D. H. CROCK, Miss Lillian E. CROCK, Jack BROSINS, Thomas HENDERSON, Mr. and Mrs. James SPRAUT and daughter

JACKSON - WEBSTER
Miss Vera Mae WEBSTER, daughter of Mrs. Elsie WEBSTER of Langeloth, formerly of Midway,
and Donald Eugene JACKSON, son of Mrs. Chloe JACKSON of Carnegie, were united in marriage November 24, 1947, in Cumberland, Md. The Rev. William A.
EISENBERGER performed the double ring ceremony.
The bride wore a gray wool suit and a corsage of white pompons [sic] and pink rosebuds.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth McCONNELL, brother-in-law and sister of the bride, were the
couple's only attendants. Mrs. McCONNELL wore a coral suit and a corsage of white
pompons [sic] and pink rosebuds.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the home of the bride's mother. Upon
their return from a wedding trip through Eastern Pennsylvania and Niagara Falls the young couple will make their home in Heidelberg.

JACKSON - HUNT
Miss Dorothy L. HUNT, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. HUNT of Emsworth,
and George H. JACKSON of Aliquippa, went to Wellsburg, W. Va., Friday
morning, February 12, 1932, and were quietly married.
The bride, who was unattended, wore a gown of black crepe with hat to
match and carried a bouquet of bride's roses. Mr. and Mrs. JACKSON
will reside for the present in the home of the bridegroom's parents in
Aliquippa [Pa].
