INGLEFIELD - McELHANEY
Miss Elizabeth McELHANEY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas McELHANEY of Independence township, Beaver county, and Thomas INGLEFIELD, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Ralph INGLEFIELD of Clinton R. D., were united in marriage at
7:30 p.m., Monday, March 31, 1947, in the Mt. Olivet Presbyterian church
near Clinton. The pastor, the Rev. S. G. NEAL officiated. Immediately following the
ceremony, a reception was held in the church parlor. The young couple left for a Southern wedding trip.
Mrs. McELHANEY, a graduate of Hopewell high school, was employed at the
PLODINEC Furniture store in Aliquippa. The bridegroom, a graduate of Findlay
high school, Imperial, is employed as a pipe fitter at the Kobuta plant of
the KOPPERS Co. He served 20 months with the navy in the Pacific theater.
Mrs. David CAMERON, Mrs. Sara COMBS, and Mrs. Marguerite LAIRD, all of Clinton, attended the wedding and reception.

Mrs. Amy CASE of Fanny street announces the marriage of her daughter, Helen Margaret CASE to Mr. Oliver Clyde INKS, son of Mr. and Mrs.
C. L. INKS of Jefferson street, Connellsville, Penna. Mr. and Mrs. INKS stole a march on their friends and relatives by motoring on May 29, 1929
to Wellsburg, W. Va. and were married at the manse by the Rev. Milton M. ALLISON, pastor of the Presbyterian church of that city. They were
attended by Mr. John C. CORNUALT of Washington and Miss M. Elizabeth TOLAND of Oakdale. The bride was gowned in blue canton crepe
with hat to match and the bride's maid was attired in a similar costume. The bride is a graduate of the McDonald High school in the class of
1928 and is employed by the Bell Telephone Company. The groom is a graduate of the Connellsville High school in the class of 1926 and was
a member of the high school orchestra and is a member of the Methodist church orchestra of his home town. He is employed by the West Penn
Power Company as meter inspector. The young couple will be at home in Washington after September.
