Miss Alma FINI, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred FINI of West Lincoln avenue, McDonald, and Mr. Guy Vincent IDA of McDonald were united in marriage at 7:30 o'clock Wednesday evening, January 18, 1939, in St. Alphonsus' church, McDonald, by the pastor, the Rev. Fr. Joseph A. BURGOON. The church was filled to capacity with friends of the couple and there were a large number who did not get in for lack of room.

The bride was attired in a beautiful white satin gown with a long trailing veil and white accessories. She carried white roses and lilies of the valley. The bridesmaid, Mrs. Adelmo FINI, sister-in-law of the bride, was attired in a rose gown with matching accessories and carried a bouquet of tea roses. Mr. Mathias IDA of Springdale, brother of the bridegroom, served as bestman.  Mr. Walter FLAHERTY and Mr. Joseph HOLAREN of McDonald were the ushers. The Senior choir rendered the nuptial music with Miss Norma SALLES at the organ.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Fort Pitt Inn. There were 200 guests present with 75 seated at the bride's table.

Mr. and Mrs. IDA left the same evening on a honeymoon trip to Florida. Upon their
return they will reside in their own remodeled home, once the residence of the late
