BURNS - HOPPER WEDDING
[ Note: HOPPER is the Groom. ]
Mr. C. B. BURNS of Oaklawn farm, Imperial, announces the marriage of his daughter, Miss Mary Helen, to Walter D. HOPPER of Carnegie. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. J. SNYDER on Tuesday evening, June 4. The bride was attired in white and carried white roses. She was attended by her cousin, Miss Alma BURNS, who wore pink and carried pink roses. The groom's brother was best man. Another cousin of the bride, Miss Mary M. BYERS, played Lohengrin's wedding march and the Flower Song. A wedding supper was served immediately after the ceremony. Covers were laid for seventy-five. The bride and groom left for a trip to the East. Upon their return they will make their home in Carnegie.

HORLACHER - DUNN
Mrs. Mathilda C. DUNN of Cliff Mine [Pa], daughter of Mrs. Augusta AHLBORN of R.D. 1,
Oakdale [Pa], and Mr. John HORLACHER of Fredonia, N.Y., were united in marriage at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 1940, in Pittsburgh. Mrs.
HORLACHER's son,
Henry DUNN, and her daughter, Miss Caroline DUNN, were the attendants.
The bride wore light blue with navy blue accessories and a corsage of Talisman roses. Miss
DUNN wore an oxford gray suit with black and gray accessories and
a corsage of Talisman roses.
Mr. and Mrs. HORLACHER are residing in Fredonia, N.Y., where Mr. HORLACHER is employed.

Miss Alice SHAFFER of Mohaffee, Pa. and Mr. Paul HORMEL of Oakdale were quitely married at the home of the Rev. W. R. McMUNN on Saturday, October 24th. They left for a motor trip over the Blue Ridge mountains and stopped at Knoxville college, Tennessee to see Carl MOORE who is teaching there.

Merriam J. Neivill of Mount Pleasant and William H. Horne, son of Mrs. Mary Horne of
Pleasant Unity, were united in marriage at 9:00 o'clock Tuesday evening,
October 10, 1939, in the McDonald Methodist parsonage, the Rev. James J. Buell,
officiating. The bride was attired in a traveling dress of dubonnet silk
with black accessories and wore a corsage. Mr. Horne is in the automobile business.
