GUNSALUS - HERON

Miss Hazel GUNSALUS, of Carnegie and Howard HERON, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles HERON, of Fayette street, Oakdale, were married Saturday evening, July 16
[1927] at 7:30 o'clock in Carnegie by Rev. John M. WISHART, D. D. The bride wore a gown of Harding blue crepe with felt hat to match and carried tea roses and lilies-of-the-valley. Miss Dorothy HERON, sister of the groom, as bridesmaid, wore a gown of peach georgette and wore a large black hat and carried peach colored roses. Clyde
GUNSALUS, brother of the bride, served as best man. The bride and groom left for a two weeks wedding trip to Lake Placid, New York, and on their return will be at
home on Schlaich avenue, Ingram. A number from here were at the Pennsylvania station to send them on their journey with showers of rice and best wishes.

HERRIOTT - FERRELL
Miss Weltha A. FERRELL, daughter of Mrs. Ida M. FERRELL of R.D. 1, West Alexander, and Joseph MCELROY HERRIOTT of R.D. 4, McDonald, were united in marriage at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon, January 15, 1938. The ceremony was performed by the Rev.
C. S. THOMAS, pastor of the Mt. Prospect United Presbyterian church, at his home in Hickory.
The attendants were Ethel S. SARGENT and John S. SCOTT, both of R.D. 4 McDonald. Following a short wedding trip the couple will be at home on the HERRIOTT farm, R.D. 4, McDonald. The bride, until recently was employed in Canonsburg.
