Albert J. MCGINNIS of Johns avenue, McDonald, announces the marriage of his daughter Miss Lucille E. to Joseph FELLNER, son of Mrs. Katherine FELLNER of Railroad
street, McDonald. 

The bride wore a victory blue suit with brown accessories and an orchid. 

The couple were married at 4:35 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 1942, in the Methodist church, Winchester, Va., by the Rev. Mr. WELCH.

They intend to reside in Cleveland, Ohio, where Mr. FELLNER is employed.

Miss Mary Louise Yanosik, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stefan Yanosik of Southview, and Mr. Kenneth Wayne Felton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Felton of Midway, were united in marriage Saturday morning, May 3, 1941, in St. Mary?s church, Cecil.

The bride was gowned in traditional white satin with a full court train and a long veil, caught with a coronet of orange blossoms. She carried a colonial bouquet of calla lilies and orchids. The maid of honor, Miss Julia Yanosik of Southview, sister of the bride, wore an orchid gown of marquisette with a short matching veil. She carried a colonial bouquet of pink roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Peggy Homeresky, wore peach with aqua accessories and carried a colonial bouquet of talisman roses. The flower girl, little Jerry Marcischak, niece of the bride, wore pink taffeta with blue accessories and carried a colonial bouquet of pink carnations. Mr. Felton chose as his bestman Mr. Norman Brady of Cecil and the usher was Mr. John Dluska of Langeloth.

The mothers of the couple and the grandmother of the bridegroom, Mrs. Anna Felton of Midway, each wore a rose corsage.

Guests were present from Midway, McDonald, Canonsburg, Murray hill, Langeloth, Southview, Washington, and Cecil.

The young couple left on a trip to New York City.

FENWICK - CUNNINGHAM 

Miss Florence Jean CUNNINGHAM of Station street, McDonald, and Corp. William J. FENWICK, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas B. FENWICK of Railroad street, McDonald were united in marriage at half past seven Thursday evening, December 10, 1942, at a candlelight service in the First United Presbyterian church, McDonald. The pastor, the Rev. S. A. MCCOLLAM, performed the ring ceremony. The ring used was the bride's mother's wedding ring. 

The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Quinten CUNNINGHAM, wore a gown of ivory satin, made princess style, with a long veil. She carried a bouquet of lilies and for her "something old," she carried a satin-and-lace handkerchief used by her mother at her own wedding. The maid of honor, Miss Geraldine ALLISON of McDonald, 
wore blue taffeta, trimmed in velvet, with blue accessories. She carried a bouquet of yellow mums. 

The flower girl, Carol CUNNINGHAM, 8, of Burgettstown, niece of the bride, wore yellow taffeta and carried a basket of small chrysanthemums. Victor MILLER of Crafton, uncle of the bridegroom, served as bestman. The ushers were John WYKE, Robert L. STEVENSON, Robert DAVIDSON, and Monte CUNNINGHAM, the latter a nephew of the bride. 

Mrs. Louis P. LAVIE of McDonald played the wedding music and Mrs. Norman B. KUHN sang "Because."

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the CUNNINGHAM [sic..home]. There were about 150 guests. 

Mrs. FENWICK, a 1938 graduate of McDonald high school, is employed by the McDonald Savings and Trust Co. Corporal FENWICK, a 1937 graduate of McDonald high, is with the War show, now stationed in Atlanta, Ga.

FEREDAY - McKEEHAN

On Wednesday, January 18, at high noon occurred the marriage of Miss Sarah McKECHAN and William B. FEREDAY, both of this place.  The ceremony was performed by the late Rev. D. L. HEADLEE, pastor of the M.E. Church, assisted by the Rev. W. W. BUZZA of Brackenridge, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James McKECHAN, on the South Side.  The bride was given away by her father.  The attendants were Miss Charlotte ALSOP of Remey, Pa, and Mr. Albert WILSON of Carnegie.  The bride wore a beautiful gown of cream silk lansdowne and carried a shower bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley.  A wedding dinner was served after the ceremony, at which covers were laid for 28 guests. Mr. and Mrs. FEREDAY left on their wedding trip the same afternoon.  After February 1 they will be at home at the home of the groom's father, Benjamin FEREDAY.
