Miss Helen Harriet BRIDGES, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas O. BRIDGES of Raccoon, and James Alfred EVANS of Duquesne, were united in marriage at noon on Saturday, August 28, 1926, at the home of the bride. The Rev. J. V. STEVENSON read the service, assisted by the bride's pastor, the Rev. Dr. G. M. KERR. The bride was gowned in white crepe georgette and her only attendant was her sister, Miss Jean BRIDGES, who wore pink organdy. After the wedding dinner Mr. and Mrs. EVANS left for a short trip. On their return they will make their home in Duquesne.
