Miss Bernadine BURNS, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. BURNS of Bridgeville, and Lt. John DONELLI of Camp Gordon, Ga., exchanged nuptial vows on Monday, March 29, 1943, in St. Agatha's Roman Catholic church at Bridgeville.

Lt. DONELLI, former football coach at Duquesne and South Fayette high schools, returned to duty Tuesday. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred DONELLI of R.D. 2, McDonald, and a brother of Aldo "Buff" DONELLI, athletic director of Duquesne university. 

The bride is an inspector at the General Electric Co. plant, Bridgeville.

The bride's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond J. HENNEY of Carnegie, were the attendants.

DONELLI - OTTENGA

Canon City, Colo., is the homeof Mr. and Mrs. Raymond J. DONELLI, recent newlyweds, whose wedding took place Sunday, August 17, in St. Michael's church, Avella, with Rev. Father Francs [sic] Wivell, pastor, performing the double ring ceremony at 3:30 p.m. Traditional organ music was played by Peggy LUXBACHER, and garden flowers adorned the altar.

The bride is the former Nellie Marie OTTENGA, Avella, and the bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. John DONELLI, Avella, is a former First Lieutenant in World War II.

After the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served at the George Washington hotel, with covers laid for 25 guests, followed by a reception at the home of the bride's mother. The couple left later by rail for Canon City, Colo., where the bridegroom will teach and serve as assistant coach in the Canon City high school.

Mr. and Mrs. M. NOIR and Mr. and Mrs. Ted NOIR and daughters of Noblestown attended the wedding.

At seven-thirty Saturday evening, June 13, 1936, on the forty-fifth anniversary of her parents' marriage, Miss Florence Marie GOSSIAUX, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jules GOSSIAUX of McDonald, became the bride of Mr. John Paul DONNELLY, son of Mr. and Mrs. John J. DONNELLY of Cove Road, Weirton, W.Va. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Alexandre MAGE, D.D., pastor of the Irons Memorial French U. P. church, before an improvised altar of cibotium fern and sweet peas, on the lawn of the bride's home. 

Before the ceremony, Miss Thelma CENIS played several organ selections. The wedding march from "Lohengrin" was used for the procession from the house to the altar, and "To a Wild Rose," during the service. The bride was given in marriage by her father. After the wedding, Miss CENIS played Mendelssohn's march. The bridal
couple received the congratulations and best wishes of their friends on the lawn. 

The bride wore a white satin gown, a replica of the one her mother wore forty-five years ago, with a white net veil caught with orange blossoms. She carried tea roses and white delphinium with white ribbon streamers. Mrs. L. M. CAMPFIELD, her attendant, wore blue mousseline de sole and carried pink roses and blue delphinium. Miss Carol HOLERAN, as flower girl, wore yellow net and carried yellow sweet peas. Mr. Alexander CARLIER of Bellaire, Ohio was the best man. The ushers were Mr. Arthur J. GOSSIAUX and Mr. Thomas DONNELLY.

The bride was graduated from Cecil high and has taught in the Cecil township schools. Mr. DONNELLY is employed by the Weirton Steel Co. 

After the wedding a buffet supper was served to over a hundred guests. Mr. and Mrs. DONNELLY left for an automobile trip to Detroit and Cedar Point. The will be in their new home on the William Penn highway after July 1.

Miss Rosella A. AYERS, daughter of Mrs. Sylvia AYERS and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Q. SCHRINE of Central Park, L. I. (formerly of McDonald), and Mr. Elbert G. DOTY of  Farmingdale, L.I. were united in marriage at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon, June 28, 1936, in the parsonage of the Rev. August F. BRUNN of Amityville, L.I. 

The bride wore a white afternoon dress of musselline de sole with white accessories and a center corsage of pink rosebuds. The attendants were Miss Amelia AYERS, a sister of the bride, and Mr. Roy DOTY, a brother of the bridegroom. Miss AYERS wore an orchid print afternoon dress with white accessories and a corsage of sweet peas.  The bride's mother, Mrs. Sylvia AYERS, and youngest [sis]ter Mabel were also present at the wedding ceremony. 

The ceremony was followed by a wedding supper in the home of the bridegroom's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. W. KINCKE, in Farmingdale, with relatives of the bride and 
bridegroom present. 

The bride attended grammar school in McDonald, and is a graduate of the Class of '36 in the Farmingdale high school. The young couple will reside at 276 Eastern parkway,
Farmingdale, L.I., N.Y.
