The home of the Misses AIKEN, 317 East street, New Castle, was the scene of a pretty wedding at high noon on Saturday, June 14, 1924,
when their cousin, Miss Katherine Jane KENNEDY, became the bride of Mr. Robert Glenn DICKSON, son of Dr. and Mrs. W. R. DICKSON
of McDonald. The Rev. A. J. RANDLES, pastor of the Second United Presbyterian church, officiated. The ceremony was performed before
an embankment of ferns and palms intermingled with summer flowers. The bride, who was given in marriage by her cousin, Mr. Robert K.
AIKEN, wore a gown of white crepe and carried a shower bouquet of bride's roses and lilies of the valley. Miss Jean Louise AIKEN of
Detroit, Mich., who was maid of honor, wore a frock of orchid crepe and carried sunburst roses. Little Miss Frances AIKEN, as flower girl, wore
pink and carried a large basket of summer flowers. Miss Rosanna LOCKHART of Station street, McDonald, a classmate in Westminster
college, sang, "At Dawning." and Lohengrin's "Wedding March" was played by Miss Mary REED of New Castle. William Reid DICKSON Jr.,
a brother of the bridegroom, served as best man. Supplementing the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served to sixty relatives and friends.
Later in the day Mr. and Mrs. DICKSON left on a motor trip. On their return they will reside in McDonald. The bride is a graduate of
Westminster college, and taught during the past year in the New Castle junior high school. Mr. DICKSON is also a Westminster and McDonald
high school graduate and is employed by the Peoples Savings & Trust Co. of Pittsburgh. Those from McDonald attending the wedding included the groom's family, Miss Rosanna LOCKHART, Miss Mary YOUNG and Miss Mary SCOTT.

Mr. and Mrs. George H. RIMMEL of Pittsburgh announce the marriage of their daughter Hanna Elizabeth to Mr. Samuel Warren DICKSON, formerly of Oakdale, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. J. DICKSON. The marriage was solemnized on Wednesday, March 12, 1924. After the ceremony the happy couple departed on their wedding trip to Washington, D. C., and other points of interest. Mr. DICKSON is employed in the Exchange National bank, Pittsburgh.

DICKSON - KUHNER
Miss Agnes A. KUHNER of Federal and Stuart L. DICKSON, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray DICKSON of the Battle Ridge road, were united in marriage at 7:00 o'clock Tuesday evening, February 21, 1939, in the Presbyterian church parsonage, the Rev. Carl H. WHITE officiating. The bride wore light blue and her attendant, Miss Myra BENTRAM of the Battle Ridge road, wore dark blue. Edward KUHNER, brother of the bride, was bestman. Mr. and Mrs. DICKSON will reside on the DICKSON farm on the Battle Ridge road.
