The bride is a graduate of the Cecil high school. The young couple will reside with the bridegroom's parents.

DeMANN - CUSUMANO

Miss Angelina CUSUMANO, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack CUSUMANO of Third street, McDonald, and Raymond DEMANN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael DEMANN of Liberty avenue, Pittsburgh, were united in marriage at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 1947, in St. Alphonsus' church, McDonald.  The Rev. Fr. Martin FLAHERTY of Noblestown performed the double ring ceremony. 

The bride was attired in a white satin gown with a long train, a sweetheart cap holding in place her fingertip veil. She carried an arm bouquet of white roses and orchids with white streamers. The maid of honor was Miss Elaine KRAMER of McDonald, who wore a yellow gown with matching hat and carried a bouquet of pink roses with yellow streamers. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Merle KEIFER of Imperial, cousin of the bride, Miss Harriett DEMANN of Pittsburgh, sister of the bridegroom, Miss Vincenza BONDELLA of Carnegie, and Miss Mary MACKY of Pittsburgh. They each wore a blue chiffon gown with matching headdress and carried bouquets of yellow roses with blue streamers. Samuel ANDRAGNA of Imperial was the bestman and William SIMON, Fred DEMANN, and Joseph FUNARI of Pittsburgh. Preceding the ceremony, Mrs. WILSON played the wedding music and Miss Magdalene WHYTE and Miss COLLINS sang several wedding numbers. 

Following the ceremony, a reception and breakfast was held in the Ukranean hall, Carnegie, for nearly 400 guests. The table was centered with a four-tiered wedding cake topped with a miniature bride and groom. Upon their return from a wedding trip to Washington, D. C., the young couple will be at home with the bride's parents in McDonald. 

Mrs. DEMANN, a 1943 graduate of the McDonald high school and a graduate of a Pittsburgh Business school, was employed at the Family Loan Co., Carnegie. Mr. DEMANN, a graduate of a Pittsburgh high school, is employed at the Carnegie-Illinois Steel mill, Homestead.

Miss Sophia KERSANTY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. KERSANTY of Treveskyn, and Mr. Louis DEMICHELI, son of Mr. and Mrs. V. DEMICHELI,
also of Treveskyn, were united in marriage at nine o'clock, Saturday, December 31, 1938, in Bridgeville by the Rev. Fr. Joseph F. PEKUTIS.
The bride was attired in white satin with a short veil and carried white roses. The bridesmaids, Miss Helen WOLFE of Beechview and Miss Viola INVERNIZZI and Miss Anna HOLANA, both of Cuddy, were attired in taffeta and carried red roses. The ushers were Lindo DEMICHELI, Tony PREVETALI, and Rudolph RELISH, all of Cuddy. A reception was held at Cuddy with 200 guests in attendance, 25 seated at the bride's table. The young couple will reside in Cuddy. Both Mr. and Mrs. DEMICHELI are graduates of the South Fayette high school. Mr. DEMICHELI is employed in the Westland mine.

Marriage Notice for Andrew DEMNYAN to Rose Mussilino, 5 Jul 1947 From the McDonald, PA Record-Outlook newspaper of Aug. 1, 1947, page unknown: 

DEMNYAN - MUSSILINO 

Mrs. Mary MUSSILINO of Midway annonuces [sic] the marriage of her daughter Rose to Andrew DEMNYAN, son of Mr. and Mrs. John DEMNYAN
of Southview. The wedding took place at high nuptial mass celebrated Saturday, July 5, in St. Alphonsus' church, McDonald, with the Rev. Fr. J.
A. BURGOON officiating. 

Given in marriage by her brother Louis, the bride wore a white satin gown fashioned with high neckline, long sleeves pointed at the wrists, bouffant skirt with lace full court train. Her fingertip veil cascaded from a crown of seed pearls and she carried a bouquet of white roses tied with white satin streamers. Her only jewelry was a gold cross, the gift of the bridegroom. 

Miss Edith DEMNYAN, sister of the birdegroom [sic], was maid of honor and the bridesmaids were Miss Margaret GUROSKO, Bridgeville, Miss
May HANS, McDonald, Miss Jane SOBZAK, Pittsburgh, and Miss Donna SMILLYAK, Oakdale. John DEMNYAN was his brother's bestman.

After the ceremony, dinner was served at the home of the bridegroom's parents. An evening reception was held for 200 guests at the SNPJ hall, Southview. 

Mr. and Mrs. DEMNYAN are residing in Midway. Both are employed in Pittsburgh.
