De GENNARO - MARUCA
Miss Rose Ann MARUCA, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. MARUCA of Spring avenue, Oakdale, and Mr. Angelo
De GENNARO, son of Mr. and Mrs. N. De GENNARO of Canonsburg, were united in marriage at 9 o'clock Thursday morning, June 25, 1936, in St. Patrick's church,
Noblestown, the Rev. Fr. C. M. KEANE officating. The
bride was attired in a white satin gown with lace trimmings and accessories to match. She wore a long white veil with orange blossoms. Her sister, Miss Helena
MARUCA, was the bridesmaid and was attired in blue chiffon with roses to match. The best man was Mr. Joseph
De GENNARO of Canonsburg, brother of the bridegroom. The maid of honor, Miss Eleanor BEAUMONT of Oakdale, was attired in peach taffeta. Her bouquet was roses which matched the gown. Mr. Albert
GOBLICK of Midway was the usher. The wedding music was played by Miss Florence HOHN of
Noblestown. After the ceremony, the reception was held in the home
of the bridegroom's parents in Canonsburg. There were thirty guest at the wedding breakfast, all seated at one table. The newlyweds left for a trip to Geneva-on-the-Lake.
On their return they will visit relatives in Midland. After July 1 they will be at home in East Canonsburg. The bride attended Oakdale high school and the bridegroom is
a graduate of Canonsburg high school. He is employed in the Standard Tin Plate mill in Canonsburg.

Miss Margaret SAWHILL, daughter of Frank SAWHILL of North McDonald street, McDonald, and Pfc. Jules
DeHOUX, Jr., stationed at Ft.
Bragg, N.C., son of Mr. and Mrs. Jules DeHOUX, Sr., of Fannie street extension, McDonald, were united in marriage Friday evening, May
5, 1944, in Wellsburg, W. Va.
The bride wore a navy blue dress with white accessories and a corsage of red rosebuds. Her attendant, Miss Nancy WEISSBERG of
McDonald, wore a brown dress with brown accessories and a corsage of red rosebuds. Carmille
VERMEULEN, Jr., of Primrose served as bestman.
The bridegroom returned Tuesday morning to Ft. Bragg. Mrs. DeHOUX is a waitress at the Pitt restaurant and resides with her father for
the present.

Miss Eliza FERRIS, daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth FERRIS of Midway, and Victor
DELOUX, son of Mrs. Emile DEHOUX of Valley street, McDonald,
were quietly married at 4:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, March 15, 1924, at the home of Squire Adolph PLETINCKS in Sturgeon. Mr. and Mrs.
DEHOUX will reside in Valley street. Mr. DEHOUX is employed by the Pittsburgh Coal company at the Montour No. 9 mine.

DEIGNAN - MORRIS
Miss Marjorie Jean MORRIS, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James F. MORRIS of R. D. 2, Waynesburg, and J. C.
DEIGNAN, son of Mrs. Celeste Vezie DEIGNAN and the late John C. DEIGNAN of Waynesburg, were united in marriage at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 1946, at a double ring ceremony performed by the Rev. Lew JOHNSTON in the Washington street Methodist church.
The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, Jetty MORRIS of Waynesburg. John DAVIS,
organist, played "Always," "Clar de Lou," and "The Wedding March." They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Fred SPRAGG of Waynesburg.
The bride chose for her wedding a white gabardine suit with white accessories and she wore a red rose corsage. The maid of honor wore a pink dress with white accessories and her corsage was dark pink roses. The bride's mother, Mrs. MORRIS, and Mrs. DEIGNAN wore black dresses and corsages of gardenias.
The bride is a 1942 garduate of Waynesburg high school and also a graduate of Canonsburg General hospital, class of 1945. She is now a registered nurse at the Greene county Memorial hospital.
Mr. DEIGNAN graduated in 1938 from Waynesburg high school and at present is employed by Headlee & Spragg Drug store. He was in the U. S. army for four and a half years.
After the wedding the couple left for a honeymoon trip to Canada. They will make their home in Waynesburg.
Mr. DEIGNAN is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. THomas VEZIE, and the nephew of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. EVANS of McDonald.

DeJOHN - DRUGMAND
Miss Martha DRUGMAND, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eli N. DRUGMAND, and Joseph DeJOHN were married at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 27,
1940, by the Rev. Fr. KUPIEC in the parish house, Imperial. They were attended by Adelia NAUGHTON of McKees Rocks and Frank NOLTE
of Clinton. The bride's gown was white and she carried tea roses. The bridesmaid wore pink and carried American beauty roses. A
reception in the bride's home for 25 followed and there was a reception for one hundred in the evening.
