DAVIS - CASE
Miss Mary Ann CASE of Canonsburg, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard CASE, and Lawrence W. DAVIS, son of Mrs. Maude DAVIS of Canonsburg, were united in marriage at 8:00 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 1944, in the home of the officiating minister, the Rev. John DEBOLT, pastor of the West Washington Methodist church. The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Charles
PERRING of Dravosburg, brother-in-law and sister of the bride.
Mrs. Davis, an employee of the Woolworth Co. the past 12 years, is a niece of Mrs. William LIDSTER, Mrs. John McELHANY, and Mrs. Emma BERRY of McDonald,and Mrs. Elizabeth REED of Midway. Mr. DAVIS is an employee of the Continental Can Co.

DAVIS - CALDWELL
At a pretty home wedding solemnized at high noon, Thanksgiving day, November 25, 1937, Miss Lois Jane CALDWELL of Hickory became the bride of Ralph Maxwell DAVIS, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert DAVIS of Washington. The ceremony, which was witnessed by the immediate families and a few close friends, was performed by the Rev. Cornelius S. Thomas, in the Caldwell home before an embankment of ferns. Preceding the ceremony, "I Love You Truly" was sung by Mrs. James ROSSELL accompanied by Mrs. Cornelius S. THOMAS, who also played the wedding march. The bride wore a dress of blue velvet with a shoulder corsage of Talisman roses. The bride's only attendant, Miss Katherine McDOWELL, was attired in earth red velvet
with a corsage of baby pompoms. Following congratulations, a wedding dinner was served with covers laid for twelve at the bride's table. The centerpiece was a large wedding cake, baked by the bride's aunt, Miss Bessie McCARRELL, with a miniature bride and groom on top of the cake. Mrs. DAVIS is a graduate of the State Teachers' college at California and is secretary of the Junior Woman's club of McDonald. Since her graduation she has been a teacher in the Cecil township schools. Mr. DAVIS is employed by the
MONROE-NEVIN contracting company of Washington. Mr. and Mrs. DAVIS will reside at 308 South Main street, Washington. The guest list included Mr. and Mrs. Bert DAVIS and Miss Bessie McCARRELL, Washington; Mrs. James ROSSELL, Canonsburg; Mr. and Mrs. Walter CAMPBELL and children Donald, Doris, Jean and Richard, McDonald R.D; Donald CALDWELL, Wrightsville; Miss Eleanor DINSMORE, Pittsburgh; Rev. Cornelius S. and Mrs. THOMAS, Howard CALDWELL, Miss Katherine McDOWELL, and Miss Mildred and Miss Helen CALDWELL, Hickory.

DAVIS - LAPACIK
Mr. and Mrs. Valentine LAPACIK announce the marriage of their daughter Hanna to Uriah DAVIS of Hills Station. The ceremony was performed July 27, 1940, in Winchester, Va. Both the young people attended Cecil high school. Mr. DAVIS is employed at Hills Station.

DAVIS - BOUSTEAD
Miss Lillian BOUSTEAD, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William BOUSTEAD of Imperial, formerly of Natrona, and Mr. William DAVIS, son of Mrs. Grace MORRIS of Imperial, were united in marriage at 5:30 o'clock Saturday evening, September 28, 1940, in the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. John WILCOX, Sylvan avenue, Natrona heights, by the Rev.
D. I. ROSE, pastor of the Ninth U.P. church.
The bride wore a floor-length gown of white net over white satin. Her corsage was of pink roses. The matron of honor, Mrs. John WILCOX, sister of the bride, wore a floor-length gown of rose-watered silk and a corsage of talisman roses. Mr. John WILCOX served as bestman.
Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served. Pink and white were used in the table decorations and a large white wedding cake formed the table centerpiece.
The young couple will reside in Imperial.
Present besides the immediate families were Mr. and Mrs. Arthur BLACK and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Reid HECK, and Mrs.
D. I. ROSE, all of Tarentum, and Mrs. Elda KELMEYER of Natrona heights.
