The Washington Heights Methodist church, Mt. Washington, was the setting at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 1942, for the wedding of Miss Edith PATTON, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph PATTON
of Mt. Washington, formerly of Imperial, and Sgt. Lucian DALE, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Lucian
DALE, also of Mt. Washington. The Rev. H. I. ZOOK performed the ring ceremony.
The church was decorated with red, white and blue flowers.
Miss Dorothy RUDOLPH played the wedding march and ?O Promise Me.?
The bride wore a dress of soldier blue crepe with cerise accessories and a corsage of red roses. The maid of honor, Miss Jean PATTON, sister of the bride, wore a dress of gold crepe with yellow roses. Albert
KLEMCHECK of Mt. Washington served as bestman.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the PATTON home for fifty guests. After a brief wedding trip, the bridegroom will return to his station at Camp Forrest, Tenn.

DALLMEYER - ACHESON
Mr. and Mrs. S. H. ACHESON of Hickory announce the marriage of their daughter Miss Mildred to William Leonard DALLMEYER of Cross Creek, in the bride's home at
6 p.m., Friday, November 16, 1934, with the Rev. C. L. MYERS, pastor of the Hickory U. P. church, officiating. The ring
ceremony was used. The ceremony was performed before an embankment of ferns. The attendants were the bride's sister Miss Lois ACHESON, and Louis SWARTZ of Hickory. The bride was gowned in white
satin and wore a corsage of gardenias and lilies of the valley. The maid of honor wore rust satin. Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served, after which the
couple left on a short wedding trip.

A very pretty wedding took place in St. Patrick?s church, Noblestown, at 9 o?clock Wednesday, February 27, 1924, when Miss Loretta
FLOOD, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James FLOOD of Noblestown, became the bride of Louis DAMS Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis DAMS Sr. of Sturgeon, before a nuptial high mass. The Rev. Fr. D. J.
COX officiated. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a blue traveling suit with a picture hat to match and carried a bouquet of white roses showered with lilies of the valley. Miss Florence
COLLINS of Noblestown was Miss Flood?s maid of honor. August CARLY of Sturgeon was Mr.
DAM?s best man. The wedding party entered the church to the strains of the Lohengrin bridal chorus, played by Mrs. S. C.
FLOOD. Miss Mary FLOOD sang, ?O Mother, I Could Weep for Mirth,? ?O Sacred Heart of Jesus,? ?O Mary, Conceived Without Sin,? Place My Trust in Thee,? ?In Thy Sacrament, Dear Jesus.? A wedding breakfast and reception at the home of the bride?s parents supplemented the ceremony at which covers were laid for fourteen at the bride?s table. Among the guests at the wedding reception were: Mr. and Mrs. James
