CHANDLER - KENNAN
The marriage of Miss Edna Jane KENNAN, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James KEENAN of East State street, Oakdale, to Alexander Bell CHANDLER of South Boston, Va., took place at four o?clock Tuesday afternoon, March 27, 1917, in the First Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh. Only the immediate members of the family and a few intimate friends were present. Following the ceremony dinner was served at the home of the bride. After a trip through Ohio Mr. and Mrs. CHANDLER will make their home in South Boston.

CHAPMAN - CLARK
Miss Lottiemae CLARK, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Robert CLARK of North avenue, Midway, and J. Clifford CHAPMAN, son of the Rev. Carl and Mrs. CHAPMAN, were united in marriage at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 1946, at Jumonville. The Rev. Mr. CHAPMAN, father of the bridegroom, performed the ceremony. The bride was attired in a blue suit with white accessories.
The bride, a graduate of Midway high school, recently received her master of arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been a teacher in Smith township for a number of years. Mr. CHAPMAN served as lieutenant (jg) in the navy in the Pacific area. The CHAPMANS are former residents of Midway, the Rev. Mr. CHAPMAN having been pastor of the Methodist church. Following the ceremony, the young couple left for Oklahoma where Mr. CHAPMAN is employed.

CHAPPLE - KAUFMANN
Miss Anna Marie KAUFMANN, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward KAUFMANN of R.D. 2,
McDonald [Pa], and Mr. Robert Louis CHAPPLE, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert CHAPPLE of
Federal [Pa], were united in marriage at two o'clock Friday afternoon, October 29, 1937, by the Rev. Mr. BURRY of
Carnegie [Pa]. The bride was attired in navy blue crepe with matching accessories. Dinner was served in the evening in the home of the bride's parents. There were twelve guests with eight seated at the bride's table. The bride and bridegroom are both graduates of South Fayette high school. Mr. CHAPPLE is employed in the Universal Steel mill in
Bridgeville [Pa]. Mrs. CHAPPLE is a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. HEATHCOTE of Sarah street. Those present at the reception were Mr. and Mrs. W. W. HEATHCOTE and daughter Miss Hazel of
McDonald [Pa], Mr. and Mrs. Edward BERGHAUER and Mrs. Clara BUSHININE? of
Heidelberg [Pa], Mrs. Mabel MCCONNELL and daughter Nellie of R.D. 2, McDonald
[Pa], Mr. and Mrs. Robert CHAPPLE and daughter of Carnegie [Pa], and the bridegroom's ninety-year-old grandmother, who resides in the Chapple home.
